Do not do business with them. I made a reservation and it said pay at pick up, they charged me anyway for a rental I did not use. Furthermore they wanted to charge 300 dollars to give me a refund. I fly frequently and used to get tickets with them but not any more!!! Beware!!!!

I accidentally cancelled a booking. They blame the hotel for not giving a refund. I spoke with the manager of the Hotel and he told me that Expedia keep all the money. Expedia-who you can only virtually talk with, told me the hotel refused a refund. These are Islanders in Samoa who are the most honest people in the world. I will never ever use Expedia again

The new site is absolute rubbish. There is a delay each time you want to read a new article as you have to wait for the new purple logo to do its thing, you can no longer access the quizzes without a sign in and a good percentage of the time after the new logo loads it comes up as error/unavailable. Absolutely terrible.

Trying to get support or contact with anyone speaking english is hopeless. They all sit in India and talk with 1000 words per minute and there is no way to understand them. The calls get cutoff all the time and they are all very keen to transfer you to another agent. If you rely on a stable solution, pick another option.

I'm tired of the constant crap DeviantArt staff spew at me anytime I make a complaint about someone. The fact that they don't enjoy working a full day is extremely unacceptable and, to put it mildly, unprofessional! They claim to appreciate your membership in terms of money, rather than you as a person who registered an account to learn more about the website. Bullies, sexists, racists, anti-LGBTQ, trolls, and verbal abusers are free to wander on a website judged appropriate for children. And it's all because they don't like, as I previously stated, putting in long hours to keep the vulnerable members protected! Is that what you mean by a "five-star-website"? Do you honestly expect people to leave a fictitious five-star rating on this website just to keep Angelo Sotira, Scott Jarkoff, and Matthew Stephens from explaining why DeviantArt has been labelled a s***hole? Explain why people choose to leave rather than report the verbal abuse, bullying, sexual harassment, stalking, slandering, and death threats that hundreds of young and old members are subjected to. They leave because nothing is done. No matter how many times you file a complaint about certain people, DeviantArt staff DO N'T CARE! They don't want to care about anybody, just the money. The customer service is absolutely shocking! I've been trying to talk to anyone and I mean anyone, just a reply email, someone on the phone, anything for about 4 weeks now. I've sent countless emails, calls, requested demo's in the hopes a sale might peak some interest and absolutely ZERO response, nothing, nada. I'm trying to give these guys money and it's impossible to even talk to anyone. At this stage I've given up entirely and will take my business elsewhere. Joke

I am a Google developer and appreciate that there will be some glitches and integration problems to try and navigate; particularly if a software application is new in itself also. However, the default Caller application within the Google Play Store is shockingly incorrect. For example, if I search in Google Chrome for Centrelinks' Family Line, the number "136150" is stated. This is also the number listed on Centrelinks' own website. Yet, when I click on the number in Chrome to call, the directory listing name for the number appears as "Hope Island Early Learning Sanctuary"?! This is just one example of hundreds of mismatched directory names within Google's Caller app, which is the default dialer software for any phone which is using the Google Play store suite of pre-installed software applications.

Love the DRM free old games that are hard to find, as well as newer ones. What I would like to see, however, is the ability to set a threshold price for items on your wishlist. As in "I like this game, but only notify me when the price drops below X". So not just whenever it is on discount in general.

The customer service is nuts.They don't tell me exactly what they need to fulfill my service request, but just keep sending me same response "requested information is not complete" and they don't tell me what is exactly missing.I've been spending so much time and sending few emails back and forth and nothing is solved. I think they just want to waste my time and don't want to fix their problem.

I tried to purchase with 3 different bank acc and PayPal, an error message kept popping up, tried to speak with costumer/sales team kept getting cut off. Tried communicating with there messenger, no joy. If I can't get hold of anybody to make a purchase how can I expect to have any level of costumer care after my purchase, that is, if my purchased arrived. A risk I'm not willing to take

This is a scam company. I accessed my email account after two years of not using it to be surprised that all the emails had disappeared, knowing that emails are very important. After researching and since I take screenshots and videos, and I have knowledge of programming, they do this with programming in order to force the user to paid money in order to contact them, and as you know, to contact them to resolve any issue, money must be paid to them. I also discovered that my friend had the same issue happen to him. Please stayed away from this fraudulent company. A case is supposed to be filed against them. Where is the press and media about this company? How many victims are there around the world?
