Cant get on to customer service - keep getting SMS say they received my submission but just asking if is it still current. Keep replying - for over 2 weeks - keep getting the same BS SMS.No ones at home - I will move all my cryto to another exchange - cant operate if i cant talk to anyone. Disappointed.

The company should get good credit for what it's built in terms of software. Where the Automattic company falls on its face is how it allows anonymous assailants to publish defamatory and libelous content about real-life individuals (who are not even public figures). Complaints about these digital attack sites are routinely rejected by the Automattic Trust & Safety team, which is shameful.

I created a Facebook account some time ago, and later on, I decided to set up a Facebook page to run ads for my company. However, I encountered an issue when I received a notification that my Facebook ads account had been disabled and blocked. I promptly submitted a support ticket, and after a period of waiting, I received a response stating that there was no wrongdoing on my part, and my account had been wrongfully blocked. They assured me that I could resume using ads.However, despite resolving the issue with my ads account, the block on my Facebook page remains in place. To make matters worse, the 100 euros I had allocated for advertising have disappeared from my account, leaving me unable to use them for their intended purpose. I've been making efforts to contact Facebook for further assistance, but unfortunately, there is no live chat option available, not even through Facebook itself. My only option seems to be submitting another support ticket and patiently awaiting a response.I'm currently at a loss as to what steps to take next, and I'm eagerly looking for a solution to this frustrating situation.if they contact me thru chat so we can resolve this issue i would appreciate.they can find me on the page name Creativity webdesign

Pure scam, you are not able to cancel your subscription anywhere in your account settings. They have no option or button to do so, even though they claim to. They don't respond to messages through their form and they have no direct contact email on their website.I had to block these scammers directly in my bank's app, otherwise they would have been charging me €22 every month.
