Amazon delivery driver damage…

Amazon delivery driver reversed onto our drive, knocked a stone pillar down and drove off when we heard the bang. We know it was the amazon driver as our next door neighbour had a delivery at that time and the driver tried to reverse onto another neighbours drive and was incapable of doing so as she watched him. Contacted Amazon but as we hadn't actually seen him do it or have video footage Amazon refused to pay for the damage. Will not use them in future and will be telling as many people as possible about the terrible customer service

ordered an item that was on sale didn't receive

ordered an item that was on sale. Message said order was delivered, it hadn't been. Both my husband and myself were home all day. I explained I wanted the item not a refund. Well they still refunded my money and refuse to send the product at the purchase price. I could have ordered the same item on Amazon, hind sight I should have. Thought such a large company would do the right thing, Think again! Canceling my Target card today. They have lost a customer!

Happy to charge, not happy to let you use your membership

I am on the brink of cancelling, and can see from many other reviews that many other people are feeling the same. Paying a monthly membership that I had continued to pay throughout the lockdown period but now we “can” visit places I am unable to book anywhere... always sold out... or sale had ended... absolutely ridiculous.. have to plan months in advance.. appreciate we are all in difficult times but this is not acceptable and not what I signed up for.

Review of lyft

2drivers, no English

I've used Lyft 4 times in the last month. On 2 occasions the driver did not speak English. None. The last trip saw the highway was closed so we needed to take side roads. The map he was looking at was not giving good directions but he had no idea what I was saying. Is it too much to ask that they can speak, at least, some of the language for the country they live in.

Review of coursera

Best experience with MOOCs

I used Coursera to complete three courses. All courses on the website are created by universities. Coursera never asked me for my card details and I was never charged for anything, except when I chose to purchase certificates after completing my MOOCs. I was not charged for any subscriptions, or anything other than the three certificates I bought. The website and app are easy to use. I never had any issues finding a course or completing one. There are discussion boards to ask questions and interact with the professors of your courses.I’ve been using several sites to help build my CV and Coursera is by far the best. Everything is genuine and created by institutions you can trust, and you don’t have to pay for anything. It was easy to learn from Coursera, and I’m much more knowledgeable in the field I am trying to start a career in as a result.

Review of tesla

My Tesla X is definitely a great car

My Tesla X is definitely a great car. I love the design and the acceleration is amazing compared to my Gasoline vehicle. The car buying experience was fun... a whole different process compared to traditional Car Dealerships.Extremely happy with my purchase... the only area where Tesla can improve is in the Service Department. I have to drive quite a distance to my designated Service Location. Hopefully they will add more locations in the future.Overall, awesome car. Love it!

Idiot greed with no actual support

They are so eager to expand, they have completely forgotten that SERVICE is the priority for any new venture. Screwing your customers by having NO CONTACT and only AI (hahahhaah) "Support" is a guaranteed loser.

Full of bugs and email automation cannot be trusted

I had issues with the email automation three weeks in a row - every week there was a new excuse for why it didn't work. The third time, I asked supoprt to confirm everything was set up the night before but. They confirmed but once again the email did not send out. Full of bugs and I can't trust the automation so have taken my business elsewhere
