Type 3c diabetic 17 yr old flying International flight from Atlanta to Ecuador with a personal item, carry on bag and medical bag with diabetic supplies. Early boarding and plenty of over head space the boarding gate attendant did not allow the additional medical bag without checking another bag. Daughter was on a school trip and the only one required to check her bag. Violated her rights, broke deltas own rules as well as tsa. He threatened to keep her passport and refused to listen. Again early boarding and plenty of space and within her rights. I called customer service toDiscuss and see what could be prevented for the future with no resolution. Filed a report with delta on 5-25 including a photo of her boarding with plenty ofRoom. Messaged delta over Instagram and so far nothing.
Review of delta
I would recommend avoiding Delta if at all possible. We had booked to fly from Atlanta to Dublin but ended up having our flight delayed 2+ hours. During the delay, the Delta desk agents would not answer any questions about the cause of the delay or how long the delay would be. The staff overall seemed to not know what was going on and even later stated that they "needed to go see what was going on" before they would be able to provide a departure time. Overall, the impression is of a poorly run airline, with staff that were unable or unwilling to answer any questions.

I've experienced an incredibly frustrating situation with Chase, where poor customer service has compounded the issue of an unauthorized transaction made with my ATM card. Despite my efforts over the last two months to address this matter, Chase insists that the transaction must be mine simply because I have been a customer and have previously done business with T-Mobile. This unfounded assertion has led to a substantial loss of $861.49 from my account. My numerous attempts to resolve this through their offshore customer service team have been fruitless, with their back office steadfastly claiming that my allegations are incorrect. Throughout this ordeal, I've been passed from one representative to another, faced abrupt disconnections, and consistently been denied any form of support or resolution. This has left me with no choice but to prepare a formal complaint against Chase for their mishandling of the situation and their failure to provide adequate customer service.

Two years ago I purchased a Garmin DriveSmart 50LM, I have used it about 15 hours over those two years. It has gone wrong and is completely useless now. Upon complaining, Garmin tells me I can have a refurbished one - another faulty one that's been fixed - for the cost of £45 pounds! As long as I post in my old faulty one! Great. It really is a bad product and they know they are, that's why they are so quick to offer you one of their many refurbished ones. My first Becker sat nav lasted 10 years. The Garmin product has hardly been used; it has to be poorly constructed with cheap parts.
