Had an eBay account for over 20 years, 100% positive. Account suspended with no reason. Customer service are beyond useless, the buyer has received the goods. eBay have told me I will receive the money after 160 days. Without an account you can't speak to them without an account you cannot email them so having sold a £670 item. I now have no item and nothing to show for it. eBay is nothing like what it used to be. They don't protect the sellers or the buyers. The end of the road for me will not be using ever again. Total shambles!!
Review of duolingo
I have a paid family subscription and have been blocked out of it for over two weeks after moving iPhone. I have tried resetting my password, checking junk, have emailed Duolingo several times and had NO RESPONSE. I will escalate to an appropriate ombudsman as I am paying for a service I am not receiving and being ignored. Can’t find any contact number or another way to resolve. Shocking service

Review of crocs
I bought a pair of CROCS flip-flops ("Iconic Comfort" line) and after just 30 minutes of casual walking, I ended up with open wounds on my toes. The sandals have a sharp rubber ridge on the upper straps — a clear manufacturing flaw — which caused the damage. I sent photos and a full explanation to CROCS customer service.Their response? They refused to refund or accept a return because the item was "used". They completely ignored the fact that the defect only became apparent during normal use, which is exactly what consumer protection laws are meant to cover. Instead, they closed the case without taking any real interest in resolving the issue.I’ve owned similar sandals for decades with zero issues. CROCS, a brand that claims to sell "comfort", has shown zero concern for customer safety or satisfaction.Avoid at all costs — and don’t expect help if something goes wrong. I’ve filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre and will continue to pursue this.

Yesterday, I paid my rent $3000 at 6pm, at 9:30 pm I get an alert. WF did NOT PAY my rent, I exceeded my daily limit and I would need call at 7am today. So let me understand; WF can decide NOT to pay after hours but can't decide to increase my limit or pay after hours? This morning they changed my limit but can't give me my late fee which I have been charged.

Review of macys
I ordered from macys.com. I got a leather Moto jacket. UPS said it should be here on last Wednesday. I wasn’t gonna be around on Wednesday so I contacted UPS to have it delivered to an access point and paid six dollars to do so. When I called to confirm that it was going to be delivered there I found out that the package had actually gone missing. I was told by UPS that it was lost. I struggled over the course of the next week to have Macys open an investigation with UPS (as told by me by a UPS rep that had to happen) to find my jacket. Macy's refused to do anything to try to find my jacket telling me that I had to wait until “Macy’s delivery date“ to see if maybe it would show up somewhere - even though UPS had verified on several three-way phone calls that the package was indeed lost. In the interim, several customer service representative hung up on me because I didn’t know how to handle this. I had some customer service reps lie to me that they were opening an investigation even though UPS confirmed that did not happen. Some of them tried to talk me in circles. So I wait until after the delivery date they had set. I called today to get a new jacket delivered and lo and behold… The jacket is no longer in stock. Thank you Macy’s for making this a terrible shopping experience. I will never shop there again.

I've bought 4 or 5 G502 mice, all of them breaking after around a year or less. I love the mouse a lot but it's lifespan is just garbage. I thought I'd contact their support the last time around to get a replacement and they were very unhelpful, giving an automated response and making me jump through so many hoops to get my replacement

Chaney Tire & Auto Service Hucksters, 40 Hudson St, Unit 101, Annapolis, MD 21401The staff along with Cliff, the General Manager are a very unprofessional group arrogant thugs. They lie to your face up-front. Once they get your money forget it. They could careless what happens to you or your vehicle regarding their work.Shanty employees’ attitude along with the shoddiness’ of their work shop, equipment/tools are antiquated, and the place is disgracefully filthy. Look around first before purchasing. General Manager Cliff was chasing a customer out the door to actually fist fight one (1) customer who was with his wife and followed them to their vehicle before the wife stepped in pleading to end it. Very unprofessional to say the least - all while I was getting my tires balanced again, for a 3rd time, all within a week because of their re-used weights falling off of brand new tires bought from Cheney Tires; used weights and lousy owner/management that willscrew over their own mother given the chance. Paid $350. more for tires than what BJ's or Costco's charged because I assumed this was a Mom & Pop outfit instead of the to big to fail box stores -No more will I be fooled - You have been forewarned - Go at you own risk!!
Review of elementor
Terrible Customer Service & Shady Refund Policy – Avoid Elementor I made the mistake of purchasing a year-long Elementor Pro subscription in error. After using it for only one month, I realized I no longer needed it and requested a refund. Despite the fact that I wasn’t using the service anymore, Elementor refused to refund me.This alone shows how little they value customers, but it gets worse.Horrific Customer Support – If you run into problems, don’t expect Elementor to care. Their support team is slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. They either don’t respond or send generic, copy-pasted answers that do nothing to solve real issues. No Flexibility, No Integrity – Any decent company understands that things change—people make mistakes, projects shift, or a service isn’t the right fit. Yet Elementor would rather pocket my money for a service I wasn’t even using instead of offering a fair, reasonable refund.Buggy, Overpriced, and Not Worth the Hassle – Their platform isn’t as great as they claim—it’s slow, buggy, and often causes more problems than it solves. If you ever need help, good luck getting a straight answer. If you’re thinking about buying Elementor, don’t. There are far better website builders and WordPress tools out there with better support and refund policies. I regret ever trusting this company, and I won’t make that mistake again.Save yourself the frustration, look elsewhere.

I was so excited to receive the beautiful drawer handles and wall rack I ordered for my new bedroom — especially after spending £261 even after a discount. That kind of price should mean decent quality, at the very least. What arrived was appalling. All seven handles were in awful condition — tarnished, dented, discoloured, and dirty. The rack wasn’t much better, just slightly less damaged. Needless to say, I returned everything. And that’s where the real nightmare began.Returning the handles was tolerable. But the rack return? Utter chaos. I spent hours trying to sort it out via their WhatsApp "support" system. The chat randomly reset. Agents ghosted me mid-conversation. I remained polite, even in my growing exasperation, but their system was clearly not designed for actual help.I was sent the wrong return label (for a parcel much too large for Royal Mail), and I had to fight to get anyone to listen to me about the parcel size. Eventually — two hours after I started the conversation — someone acknowledged I needed to be passed to the furniture team, who are email-only. Meaning the whole experience that started at 8:00 p.m. didn’t end until 10:40 p.m.No exaggeration. Just complete disregard for customers' time, energy, or basic logic.I will never order from Anthropologie again. And I’ll make sure to warn anyone I possibly can. Overpriced, underwhelming quality, and a truly abysmal returns process. Avoid at all costs.
Review of LinkedIn
The idea of this website is good but it's just not working. I started a Linkedin when I was 19, fresh out of school, thinking that with time I'll start building my profile and I'd be able to reach my dream job. I got loads of professional connections, I put my education there, I did all sorts of courses which I mentioned in my profile, I asked people from the area I was interested in for reviews and they gave me some great ones, I wrote small articles about my PhD topic etc etc etc. So when I finished uni, I thought now I can use this to find a decent job within my area of study. 1 moth passed - nothing. 2 months - nothing. 3 - nothing. 4 - nothing. I constantly applied for work through Linkedin but got absolutely no response; I reached out to companies which didn't bother responding; I put a post saying I'm looking for a junior position in my field and got a thumbs up. I gave up, deleted it and just went on recruitment websites. So in short, Linkedin is designed for middle aged men to pat each-other on the back of how great their careers are but if you try to get a job/progress your career through Linkedin, you will only hear the sound of crickets. Don't waste your time and don't share your personal information! As soon as I deleted my profile, I stopped getting spam emails from random people telling me they are princes in some foreign country and needed me to send them £30,000.
