The website covers a broad range of business topics which can be helpful, but sometimes the quality feels inconsistent across different sections. The technology articles are solid, through I wish there was more depth in some of the financial analysis pieces.

Review of nokia
I bought a Nokia phone that was supposed to come with a free gift that I should've received on 1 June. I'd been in contact with Nokia a few times about it, had my query escalated to the complaints team and eventually received an email saying items had been shipped on 2 July. Got back in contact with them on 20 and 21 July and they just fobbed me off saying there was nothing they could do, I had to request for it to be re-escalated to the complaints team, they essentially said the email I received saying the items had been shipped didn't count because it was automated and didn't come from their support email address and the people you speak to on the live chat are so patronising. Also it's no good sending this review to info@nokia, it needs to go to support@nokia

Adobe are fundamentally dishonest and a borderline scam. If you make the mistake of subscribing to any of their products, hidden in the terms and conditions is their right to charge you a ridiculously expensive cancellation fee because you unknowingly signed up to a 12 month contract. For context I subscribed to adobe pro which costs 24 euro/month (overpriced to begin with), I was happy to pay for a month when I needed to do some admin work but when it came time to cancel they tried to charge me 150 euro - outrageous. For such a simple product that should cost 5 bucks a month tops. There is a loophole around this - when you go to cancel they will ask if you want to change to a different plan instead. Accept this and change to another (ideally cheaper) plan, then cancel it immediately. You'll be charged for the new plan but that will be refunded in full - most importantly you'll avoid the very expensive cancellation fee of your original plan. Avoid this company like the plague I'm warning you. Most of the functions of adobe pro can be done to an acceptable standard on Preview which comes free with any Mac. Update: 03/01/24 - Adobe tried to charge my card for another month subscription, despite me fully cancelling my subscription AND deleting my account on their website. Luckily I had pre-emptively got my bank to block them because other reviewers have complained about them trying these stunts. This company is breaking the law, please avoid them at all costs.

I bought tix to a concert that was listed and it was for the wrong artist. I contacted customer Svc and they refused to resolve the issue and referred me to the venue. The telephone number for the venue never picks up. Big waste of money!!
Review of hp
This is about the quality of products AND technical support. I bought a brand new laser printer about 6 weeks ago. From the beginning, I was getting erroneous messages saying to load paper, there was plenty of paper. This has been frequent. Then, the printer suddenly stopped printing on both sides, won't flip. And this morning I saw that the printer had turned itself off. I went through the Chat and the operator there had me go through a number of ideas, but the control panel "Diagnostic Reports" were not printing. And when trying to go onto the HP Smart app, it would not add my new printer and still had an old one on there that wasn't deleting. HP then offered to replace my brand new printer with a USED, REFURBISHED one. And they said I would have to install everything myself whatever that entailed and that I'd have to return the defective printer to them within 3 business days. I live in Hawaii. This is not acceptable whatsoever. I already had a terrible time downloading the software (which I wrote about before) because the problem was on HP's side, the driver software was defective. I said they needed to either (1) FIX this 6 weeks old printer or (2) give me a BRAND NEW ONE of the same make and model because I spent $500 on the printer PLUS coverage that cost $300. So they are going to send over a technician. They did not quote a price so I'm hoping there is no charge given the printer is so new. But I did not appreciate at all being offered a USED model as a replacement without an explanation as to whether the ink cartridges I have are usable. I have a bunch of ink cartridges to go with the current model. This just is unacceptable at all levels.

Bought a HP pen for my laptop advertised to work with all laptops from it's series. When it didn't work, I called to figure out why. Their tech support claimed it wouldn't work on the specific version of laptop I had. Their own avertisements claimed it'd work with all of them.

Review of 99designs
Very nice website. We went for a silver package for logo and received over 200 designs from 60 designers. The only problem is that all ur feedback on every design is public and you see a lot of copy cats sending very similar designs. I think that maybe unfair to original designers and can also limite the diversity of the received designs.Nonetheless, definitely recommend the website.
