My website went down and had enough errors that I didn’t have solutions to fix. Michael was very communicative and helped me get my site back up and going. There was a bit more back and forth than I would have liked, but overall the service was great.

I've been locked put of my account for 3 weeks now, I have provided all the information and even received an email stating I have confirmed who I am. I filled in every form I can find multiple times, but nothing ever happens. I'm not even sure they tend go these, I haven't seen or heard of a positive review. Your customer service is a disgrace. Nearly 2 decades of custom and thousands spent, yet you treat me like I don't exist, disgraceful company.

Eigentlich lohnt es sich nicht mehr, den Fernseher überhaupt anzuschalten.Schade um die Zeit und den Strom, den man dafür verbraucht. Man fasst es nicht, nur noch alte Klamotten oder Tatort bzw Polizeiruf in dieser Kiste! Da kommt zum Samstag die Urfassung vom Grafen von Monte Christo - am Sonntag Vormittag gleich nochmal in voller Länge. Auf anderem Programm zum tausendsten Mal die Schlager und damit wieder dieselbe Leier....Harry Potter nicht noch dazu...fals es einer die 1000x vorher nicht gesehen haben sollte...Man könnte sich des Eindrucks nicht entziehen, es soll jeder nur noch Bezahlfernsehen kaufen, um etwas Ansprechendes sehen zu können? Aber zahlen wir nicht schon genug für Rundfunk und Fernsehen???? Es ist zum....

I recently returned an item to Zara and was told that my refund had been processed. However, despite following up a frustrating amount of times, I have yet to receive my money back. The process has been anything but smooth, the customer service I received was not only rude but also incompetent, my concerns were not addressed properly, and the staff displayed an appalling lack of professionalism and manners. It's unacceptable that a big brand like Zara cannot handle returns and refunds efficiently and professionally.

Awful services. Klarna took money from my checking account but said my bank info was no good basically. On top of that my purchase power lowered as if i made a purchase and no one could help. Afterpay is much better anyway. I was only using Klarna to help increase my purchase power.

I found using this site very helpful because when an event I’d booked was canceled for weather, they were prompt in their contact, they rescheduled me and resent updated information as necessary.I would definitely use them again.
