I’d give a zero if this was an option. Fair enough my phone was suspended as I was late paying the bill (financially difficult COVID times!). I paid, gave details of receipt etc, told my service suspension would be lifted between 2-24 hours…. About 151 hours later finally my suspension was lifted. Many ‘chats’ back n forth over their message online service (thru home wifi, weather permitting that is), as I was not able to use my phone. As I live rurally, home alone during the day and in the current times we are in, I felt very bothered by not having any form of communication, especially if in an emergency. I kept on being told that my suspension lift had been passed onto the appropriate team for escalation, to wait 24 hours etc etc … 24 hours turned into 151 hours!At one point, even after all the details I’d given them (no other form of contact etc) they asked for my phone number so someone could call me direct….?!
