I purchased an “authentic “ LV tote and it came in awful condition. Smelled so bad it made me sick. I suspected it wasn’t real and they denied my return! I let them know about all the issues but completed the transaction and paid the seller. I was so mad I filed a dispute with my CC bank. I complained and they said I could pay to have it authenticated and if it was fake I would get a refund. So I did that and of course it was fake. They finally gave me my money back and I withdrew my dispute and then they locked my account access, claiming the dispute filed was for fraud and they said it would be 48 hours to resolve Over 2 weeks and dozens of communication with them and still nothing! No response until today… same canned answer that it was being investigated for fraud and they were reviewing it. I have sent the proof of the withdrawal of my dispute 5 times!!! This is beyond shady!!! I have since filed a complaint with BBB and will reopen the dispute as they have stolen my refunded money!!! Stay away!!!

We paid our credit card never late and we actually paid it way down and they closed our account what a bunch of asshats you pay your debt and they close your account go figure I see this is how companies are doing now you pay you get punished for paying so why pay it off anyway credit card companies don’t care they will close your account for no reason they all suck!!

Worst customer service ever

5.26.24 updated again: I give up. The exchange order was supposed to come yesterday. We were home from 1-5pm, our window. No one showed. No one answered the phone at the store again when I called 3 times. Customer service had no idea what I was talking about when I called. 5:23.24 Updated: finally got a hold of customer service - 800 number and was assisted. Up it to 3 stars because it got handled well and she was nice. Still was a ridiculous experience.Worst customer service ever. I realize most of us don't like our jobs, but this is so obvious when trying to get a callback. I paid $80 in shipping to have stones delivered to my home and they sent the wrong ones. Getting this issue resolved has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone and when they do, they pretend to transfer you and then hang up. I have called and gone through the automated process over 12 times in the last 2 days. No one wants to actually help. Lesson learned, I will never do this again.

Calm is promoting plastic in one of their campaigns. Very irresponsible for an org that wants to do good in the world. This plastic cocoon trend made out of cling film and put up in the forest? What do you think young kids will do when copying it? Take it down or leave the mess behind? Honestly. Out your words where your mouth is. And don’t come up with something like, it was an eco friendly cling film. Kids ain’t going to understand that nor use making this thing.
