Box.com website is incapable of processing UK bank cards. We have spent so many hours trying to get two trials completed and converted. The support take a long time to respond (only by email). In the end we had to abandon two projects and use another Cloud file provider.

I've using 500px for quite a while, maybe more than 5 years I don't remember.As an amateur photographer, my main use of the city was to post some of my nice photos and get some opinions from the professionals in the community. At some point I decided to license a few of my photos, so why not right?Over time I got a sale here and another there and got to a point where it would make sense to get a payout, so I completed the payout form, and the tax form and they said I will be contacted with updates soon.Around 1 month and a half later nothing, no news, no email so I reach out to support and after another day they say "Your payment info was not verified so we need X,Y,Z now"I was never contacted about that until I did, and te more I tried to get my money no luck, always something else always another thing, and don't get me wrong it is not $10,000 or so is a "beer money" amount.I decided to allow 500px to steal my money, they seem to need it, and they made quite the effort to not pay me. This is the first time I get so many difficulties with a payout, other sites worked perfectly, but not them.My only regret is since I had licensed photos they won't let me delete the account, I wish I could.

1st and probably the last time I will use Uber. My original destination was not confirmed. However, l successfully booked an outgoing trip to a nearer destination, then returned. I should have been charged more or less the same both ways. Outgoing driver could not tell me price as it was still unconfirmed. Telephoned customer servive and repeatedly had to go over the details.l have now had 2 emails asking me the details AGAIN! I will raise a dispute with my credit card company.

I have sold course to my students and made 17.000 USD. Teachable suddenly closed my course. They never sent back 17.000 USD to my students. They never sent me also. They just kept the money. Now they never answered my mails for 15 days. I have tried to contact them on every social media platforms. They never answered my messages.Also i wrote 2 reviews on TrustPilot. They never responded them too. You will also see that they will never answer this review. They just kept the money and never respond. I will keep telling this very bad experience to my 40k followers on social media and my influencer friends. I will never give up till my money back. I will go court process.

A cracking location, a friendly and sociable group of people, very well hosted by Jonathan Ray and an interesting and informative guide through the wines by Jonathan Maltus. His wines were excellent. The afternoon was rounded off by diving into a pub around the corner after the event had finished. Not a bad afternoon at all.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND NON EXISTENT.....Today was the first time I had to contact customer service because I was charged $89.90 for an item I purchased online. The problem is when I received item the tag said $49.95. Now, we all know if this happened in an actual store, the store would honor price on item..hence $49.95. When I called and presented this situation to customer service today I WAS SPOKEN TO SOOOOO RUDELY, THE GIRL STATING IF PRICE IN SYSTEM SAYS $89.90 THAT IS WHAT I WOULD PAY, THESE ARE THE FACTS AND SAID TO ME QUITE SMUGLY. I WAS TAKEN BACK. WAS SHOCKED HOW SHE SPOKE TO ME, YOU KNOW, THE CUSTOMER. I THEN ASKED TO ESCALATE THIS TO A MANAGER AT WHICH POINT THIS RUDE GIRL SAYS THEY DO NOT TRANSFER TO MGRS. I ASKED WHY THAT IS...LOL...guess Zara feels above us all and we either take their mistakes or leave it....bottom line, no answers, no help to resolve this and basically this person has NO CLUE what customer service is and has no business answering any phone calls from the public. She should be removed from this position as the first point of contact "representing" Zara. Absolutely horriffic experience and I spend a ton of money both online and when I am near a physical store. ZARA NEEDS TO DO MUCH BETTER AND LOOSE THE NASTY ATTITUDE! WE PAY THEIR SALARIES....ONE LESS CUSTOMER WILL BE CHIPPING IN NOW!!!

I have been on the phone 55:32 minutes so far with Leah from the overseas department (i assume). She took my credit card info to check my exchange item out over the phone but has not been able to do so. Said her system is hanging up. She does not seem to be able to find a supervisor or someone who can help solve the problem. I'm still on the call... I've never in my life experienced such HORRIFIC customer service. At this point I think they are getting paid by the minute to "help"... I'd constitute this as fraud.

About London branch. The worst bank to deal with. They are holding my international transfer for 2 weeks with no explanations. Customer service is awful, they are useless and can’t help in any way. Stay away from them, they don’t respect people, don’t know their job and can cause only problems. Any other contacts never picking up the phone. Emails are gone like in black hole with automated replies. A nightmare and complete disappointment. I think my money will gone in time and their unprofessionalism.

The supplier just posts on DHL or Hermes electronic delivery number of delivery without submitting anything to DHL for more than a week. When asked he says he has shipped and ebay system says cannot cancel an order if it is in transit. The guy is playing with ebay system and no way to complain to ebay.
