I enlisted in the military in 2019. Haven't played Apex or really any video game passionately in years. Recently, I'm getting back into video games, along with some battle buddies of mine. Logged in, queued up, error: BANNED.Investigated, got a random email back in 2021 (that I must have ignored at the time since EA tends to send a lot of e-mails) that had the subject "Information related to your EA account". First off, please change the subject to make it a little more... you know... urgent sounding? Apparently, my account was banned in March of 2021.I reached out to EA for help, and they basically responded with "your account was involved in cheating but we can't say for sure it was actually you, still we won't unban you" with no explanation, no option to prove that I wasn't even accessing my account, no investigation to see if my account was compromised, etc.For instance, when I logged into the support site, my country was literally set to INDIA. Bruh. I don't know about anyone else, but if I go to India the last thing I'd be doing is playing APEX much less be HACKING.I have been an EA customer for over a decade, and have many (many) hours of gameplay in Battlefield, Sims, Star Wars, etc.While I don't expect anything to be done, this is insane. I've always given EA the benefit of the doubt, and have continued to purchase their products. Hell, I think I even spent some good money in Apex packs.

Ea fc 24 is the worst game I have ever witnessed, the game is full of bugs, it’s impossible to pack a good player without paying money and the game itself is scripted. Ea have reached a whole new low as a company and for the first time in many many years I legitimately will not be buying the next Ea fc/Wish fifa.I honestly hope the company goes liquid and they should start charging me 60 quid to play it

I’m leaving this review on Booking.com’s Trustpilot profile because I found out that Booking Holdings owns Rentalcars.com, and I believe Booking.com should be held accountable for what happened.We booked a car through Rentalcars.com with TransPay (Reservation number: 610227261). When we arrived to pick it up, we were told the car had already been given to someone else and that there were no vehicles left. We were left completely stranded.When we asked for a refund, they told us we would receive €0. Nothing. No car, no support, no refund.I trusted Rentalcars.com because it’s part of Booking.com, a name I usually associate with reliability. But even with that connection, we were completely abandoned.This feels like a scam, and Booking.com should take responsibility for the behavior of the companies under its umbrella. I’m extremely disappointed and urge others to be cautious.Booking, do better.

If I could do no star I would have immediately. Their system and customer service sucks. I have spoken ro multiple agents with not real assistance cause the system does not allow them and my bill due date fluctuates. Wait what.. I was told that by an agent. So if you're not on auto pay then they will f... you. We are also in an area where we have no other options because the have monopolized the area. Stay away from them if you can. Twin of wells fargo business tactics.

The constant changes they have made to the store in Bel Air, MD have not been for the better. They are constantly out of stock on grocery items. They now will only allow Self Check Out for ten or less items but sadly are short staffed at the registers causing long lines. This used to be my go to store. Not any more. Walmart has taken that spot.

As a new user I was amazed how hateful many of the people are there. Especially when it comes to politics. The first thing I read was the community guidelines section and the first thing it mentioned was being inclusive and not tolerating hate speech. They clearly do not practice what they preach. The vitriol is off the chart hateful. These people are very unhappy and totally eaten up with hate for their neighbors.

Booked a National Trust holiday cottage for the 1st June then Covid 19 arrived. Informed by NT that they would be closing all premises until the end of June, well in advance of the current government guidelines and that they would offer a deferment even though they had in effect cancelled my holiday. They were not in a position to say whether or not lock down would still be in place for my holiday date. Refused a refund of deposit and then stated that they would charge us a cancellation fee . Email was in my view passive aggressive and phone number to contact not in use. Apparently NT haven't heard of phone diverts.Congratulations NT your are very successfully wrecking your holiday business. I will never book with you again. A deferment is not possible as the holiday was to celebrate a wedding anniversary and I have been told I will need neurosurgery when possible so by next year I will be either too ill to go or unavailable. I can't insure for a medical condition requiring imminent surgery which wasn't apparent at the date of the booking. As yet I cant claim on my travel insurance because the government advice doesn't extend that far into the future.NT appear to be hiding behind their email system and making it as hard as possible to contact them.Already written to the CEO.UPDATE 17.4.2020NT have now agreed a full refund but state this is partially due to my medical condition. I suspect it has more to do with breech of contract.
