The newspaper no longer is objective inits editorial/opinion/ choice of columnists and has a bias thatis obvious. The Times has lost the journalist integrity of its past.It is time to reconsider what its' purpose is- to inform orto editorialize?

I would suggest you buy from a third party. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM TEENAGE ENGINEERING!!!!They sent me a defective OB-4. I asked for them to set up a return or exchange for a new one. They ignored my emails for two weeks. I luckily ordered with PayPal, which had buyer protection. Within a few hours, they responded. I can see why the option to buy via PayPal is hidden in their check out. After a brief exchange, I was sent a shipping label and sent the OB-4 in its original packaging back to Stockholm. Even though they have received the OB-4, they still haven't released my refund back to me. Teenage Engineering has the highest prices for its products but the worst customer service. They can't even arrange returns. It makes you think overall of the quality of their products and the honestly of their designs.It's been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund for my order. What a terrible company.

I found as a new buyer that there are a lot of good sellers on Discogs and have bought several item that are better than what they are graded some are so good from the sixties I don’t know if I should play them ? Or frame them. Only gripe I have with some sellers 2 out of 15 purchase is they are totally useless dont acknowledge your purchase don’t email you for a week and don’t send in a timely manner I mean you pay through PayPal it only takes a day or two to clear but they wait a week to send them don’t even acknowledge you these are the people I don’t buy from again and buy from the good sellers only or buy off eBay

Horrible, RUN from this platform. I spent 3 days creating a store and had it closed after I bought ads to launch. I can't even get my data back. They claimed I was selling plr but it was mine, I created. They are a joke and should not be allowed to operate. Very unprofessional! It is mine, not plr and you won't give me back MY DATA! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! Don't waste your time.
