I got 16 leads from them that were supposedly reaching out to us because they were interested in our service. All these leads only contacted 2 pros. We were the only pro to respond in most cases and did so in under a minute. Out of 16 leads sent to us, only the first one responded and acted strange unlike a natural lead would act if they were interested in your service. I suspect they work for Thumbtack and do this with all new pros they onboard to make it seem like your first lead is legitimate. I can't prove it, but after talking to them and being ghosted after they acted interested and set up a zoom, I can only guess.How do you explain 15 other leads reaching out to us, with almost no contact from pro 2 in most cases and not a single one of them were able to be contacted. Half were bad numbers and the other half never answered or were reachable after 4 follow-up calls. 1 even stated they never requested any service and didn't need any. I have proof of the convo.

It’s really too difficult to use or read any analytics, etc., on a phone; having an app would make things a lot simpler. It’s also especially difficult to update my card on file & monthly charges change dates every month and reminder emails aren’t sent for when I’ll be charged.That being said, the site has done what it needs to, by linking all my sites on one page and only having one link to give out, but it’s just difficult to manage unless I’m on an actual desktop computer, with a mouse.

My experience with Zazzle was amazing. I ordered customized cards for my business and they came out even better than expected! The prices are reasonable and the package arrived a few days before scheduled date and that was without paying for faster shipping. Overall tho I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s trying to start up a business, promote something , or even just wanting to have something designed for you this is the place!!

horrible company takes money from the credit card but no invoice is send and you cannot find it. I have to do a chargeback, ofcourse you cannot contact microsoft in any way. Also them shuffing the windows 11 forced login with an account so they can gather your data, i wish someone would do something about this as this is not ok.

Pros: flexible toolCons: non-existent customer service. I have 3 members in my team and decided to pay for 1 week before end of the trial. I realised that Asana wants to charge me for 5 seats. No problem, bugs happen. I wrote to their support, wrote follow up email, wrote a new ticket (thought that 1st just got lost) - no response. The worst thing -I liked the tool and moved out all projects already. So I have to pay for 5 seats while figuring out where to move. I can’t stay with a company with such bad customer service and attitude.
