Renewal Issues Resolved

We have had Dashlane for five years and have been very happy with it. Recently we had a minor issue with the renewal of our plan and when we contacted customer service, we chatted with Will. He took the time to not only to understand our concerns but explained to us exactly what he was going to do to try to solve the issue and when he would get back to us. I must about, that communicating on a chat session concerned me a bit because it is not possible to express emotional content of a conversation only using the typed word. Will did everything he said he would do and completed it faster than his estimate. He got back to us with an adequate resolution to our issue. Thank you Dashlane and thank you Will.
