I really appreciate this service as it provided us with a starting point and some really great HRIS systems. I do feel that perhaps 5 was a bit much only because, it has taken quite some time to speak with each of them and narrow down the field. Perhaps there is a way to add a criteria with which to narrow the field prior to sending out inquiries?

Review of care

Care.com has been the absolute worst…

Care.com has been the absolute worst company to deal with, regarding home care for seniors, I've ever experienced.I signed up on their website because my elderly father needed in-home care. After enrolling and paying a hefty fee of $155.40, I was then able to use their online system to try and find caretakers in my dad's area. That search result only turned up TWO candidates. One was experienced and trained, but only available for very limited hours. The other one was a teenage girl with no experience whatsoever. Despite this, I used the Care.com messaging feature to contact both candidates, and received no response whatsoever. Nothing. Nada... I tried once more with the exact same result.I reached out to Care.com help, which wasn't easy to find on their website, by the way, and they advised me to expand my search area. The problem is, there's no link, button or way to do that on their website. It only uses a simple zip code to locate people. As a workaround, I plugged in various surrounding zip codes, and got no results at all. No caregivers. So the Care.com site turned out to be completely useless for me, and it completely failed in locating a caregiver for my dad. After three weeks, I contacted Care.com and let them know that their service was useless, it did not work and that I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund. They advised me that they were unable to cancel my account and that they did not give refunds, despite the fact that they provided no service at all, for the money that I paid. Trust me on this, you want to avoid this company at all cost. Their policies and lack of any useful, real service border on being a scam. I cannot recommend them to anyone...

Protect your WordPress sites

WordFence is a great security tool for those who manage and maintain WordPress sites. It helps protect from attacks as well as report any attempts against a site. It also reminds the dev team when plugins will expire so that we can stay on top of each site's needs.

Review of lowes

I'm sick of all the "Black" advertising getting thrown in my face

Lowes was leading the way in Home improvement retail. But they are terrible, and getting worse, I pulled a 1.7 million dollar national contractor acct. Because this company throws its awful "BLACK" narrative in advertising and social media!! I hate it and can't even stand to listen to it, that's how bad it is!! And cmon really? I've been in the construction business over 40 years and there aren't blacks in the home improvement arena!! I hate Lowes and wish I could get refunded all.my past business!!!

Lowe's Click Bait Ads with Incorrect Prices

Lowe's runs sponsored ads on Google for refrigerators. Example, a Hisense 1.6 Cu Ft Fridge the ad says $99 but when you click to go the website, it is $129. Same with the Hisense 2.5 Cu Ft fridge, the sponsored ad says $129 but when you go to the site it is $149. This is click bait to get customers to their website in hoping the customer will pay the higher price. These sponsored ads should be removed by google.com!

Not a human experience (VERY INSULTING)

Want to be insulted...Use the phone, contact us option. You have no choice other than to speak to a machine - There is no human interaction to get through to someone.. You can't push 1 or 2 You have to humanely interact with a machine.Absolutely insulting to my intelligence.I don't know if you speak to your fridge or washing machine - But you HAVE to speak to a machine here, that is portraying human empathyIT's A MACHINE...!When it says "sorry" or "I don't understand"How can it be sorry??How can it understand??Very insulting to people in general, if the wiring can't understand you or you don't interact with the machine it cuts you off.I know the BS will come back it's industry standard - It's insulting & degrading to make people do this with a machine. Why have you removed the human interaction to get through to another human??

Review of ihg

Just Don’t…

Just called IHG Guest Services about a reservation that needed to be changed because it was mistakingly made for the wrong date. I had originally called IHG to change the reservation and was told that all was good and everything had been changed. Find out when I get my CC statement that I was billed for the original night as well as the correct dates. Basically what happened was that all they did was make a new reservation and didn’t do anything with the original one so when they audited the stays it looked like I was a no show on the first reservation. Wouldn’t do anything to help me as I was calling so late even though I had called before to change it and they had record of the call. Time to find a new hotel chain if this is how I’m going to be handled. I’m also a Spire Elite member and have over 50 nights in 2021 even during a pandemic. Horrible Customer Service!

Might be one of the worst customer service experiences

Might be one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Like others have said, you call them, no one picks up and if they do they are all Indians with TERRIBLE English speaking skills. You can not understand a single thing they say and they are rude and will not listen. Once you send them an email, no one answers and they keep closing tickets and no one responds. You can go onto a customer service portal and chat with them and the guy does not have a clue and says he/she will create, yet again, another ticket that no one answers. The one and ONLY reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is the software is quite well done and easy to use. It does work well. Just do not try to get any support at all including billing support.

Review of Etsy

Beware Etsy not what it was

I was a big fan of Etsy and the idea behind it - a marketplace for individual smallArtisan businesses. But now it is American owned and buyers beware! I recently bought a small birthday card from hellosmallworld which I didn’t realise was based in Texas. I was charged £4.05 for the card, a whopping £16.60 for delivery plus another £4.13 tax, making a total of £24. I feel I have been conned. Customer service at Etsy is non existent - no telephone number and useless AI responses to emails. While I would love to continue supporting genuine small businesses, I will not be using Etsy ever again.

Review of costco

I rate Costco 0 if that was a choose

I rate Costco 0 if that was a choose. I was humiliated, stereotyped by the cashier and manager. I am very disappointed for the lack of customer service. I had the worse customer experience today at Costco located at Vernon Blvd Astoria NY. I always order online & pay with my Master Card with no problems. I decided to actually shop in-store & after wasting 2 hours looking all over for some of the items(they didn’t have everything), i waited on self checkout only to find out they don’t take MC in store, but online only. I asked if they would take a personal check, & was told I had to make the line at the cashier & they will need to get a manager to approve it. I made that long line, while waiting, I asked a manager again, will they take a personal check, again they said yes but it will need to be approved. I finally get to the cashier, gave her my membership card & tell her that I’m paying by check & that I know a manager needs to approve it. A manager came over, took my check, my drivers license, my US passport card, my Costco membership card, my phone #, my address. The cashier told him in Spanish “Mira ese cheque no tienes dirección, se ve raro” I’ll translate “look that check doesn’t have an address, it looks strange”. They were surprised when I said in Spanish, “I have nerve had my address printed on any of my checks”. They were shocked that I spoke Spanish since my name is not a Spanish name. He then told me he will need to bring it to his boss. 15 minutes later, he comes back n tells me they are not accepting my check because my address is not in the check. I told him, I never have my address printed on none of my checks, all they had to do was confirm it with Chase to see that I have 1000 times more funds in my checking account that the lousy $233.39 that I was spending at Costco. If customer service had a brain, they would have seen my address on my license, in the Costco membership account in their computer system & that a 62 year old lady has never robbed anything in my entire life, never mind a $233.39 worth of fricking grocery’s. I will never spend another cent at Costco, not online or in store. I will never recommend Costco to anyone. I am telling all my friends and family of my experience. They do not deserve my business. I wrote all this on their website feedback and I’m sure they will not do anything about it.

Review of xbox

Where to begin

Where to begin, I got my Xbox series s 19 days ago, and all it has been is anarchy. There’s so many little things and big issues, the slow loading times when very minimal things are open, glitches and recently, my controller would keep flashing and cutting out and then lose connection, I thought it was a faulty controller, got another one and same thing happened, when I tried contacting Xbox there isn’t even a support phone number like PlayStation so you have to talk to these people who are not very helpful considering they have a bad script with very basic fixes. Basically they told my it’s faulty and to go return it. What if it was out of warranty, just deal with it??? 19 days and I ALREADY have to return it. Can’t even get compensated or even bother to get a actual support worker to call. Sadly already spent 100$ for the gold pass so kind of too far into it to back out and switch to a company like PlayStation that actually lets you call them and cares.
