I have had more than 15 exchanges with GR as they refuse to issue a FULL refund for a mistake that they made. I was charged $2043.10 and refunded $1,695. A difference of $348I have been told that I used $348 worth of services in 21 days!!! My normal monthly bill before the "upgrade" was $75After 15+ conversations they will NOT tell me how I spent $348 NOT will they refund my money and said I if I call my credit card company for a chargeback, my account will permanently locked and unrecoverable!I have been a GR user since 2015. I was told that i had to updgrade to import new clients bc I had reached my limit of 10k. I asked specifically if i could pay MONTHLY and the Chat person said "yes" even if selected the Annual rate. I was charged more than $2,000 and after deleting duplicates my account is now back under 10k. I was misled and they will not refund my money and put me back on my original plan.

I subscribed to Domestika Plus on June 15, 2024, for $109.99, which gave me 12 credits to buy courses. I ended up using all my credits to buy 11 courses, but in hindsight, this wasn't even a good deal, some courses can be bought individually for as low as $5.99 during sales. So the “savings” they advertise are misleading.I canceled my membership on March 1, 2025, and I have email proof. I also used my remaining credits before the membership expired on June 14, 2025.Then on June 15, 2025, I was charged $169.99 via PayPal — without any notice, confirmation, or consent. I had even removed the card and only added PayPal because I couldn't remove payment info completely.I found out on June 16 and immediately submitted a support ticket to Domestika and opened a dispute with PayPal. On June 17, I followed up via email and updated my PayPal case.To this day, I’ve only received an automated email from Domestika and PayPal. No refund. No real response.This is not only unauthorized billing, but also a lack of transparency and poor customer service. Domestika should stop auto-renewing without clear consent, honor cancellations, and return the $169.99 they took without my permission.

Agoda is a fraudulent platform. The site displayed a misleading price of ₹500 for a hotel room, claiming it was a discounted rate. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that no room was available at that price. I had no choice but to pay an additional ₹1100 to secure a room, as it was late at night. I contacted Agoda’s customer service, but all they’ve done is offer empty excuses, repeatedly stating that the issue has been escalated. It has now been over two weeks with no proper resolution or follow-up. Even after sending a follow-up email today, they’ve failed to respond, clearly showing their lack of concern. This experience proves how deceptive the platform is. I strongly advise against booking anything through Agoda, as they lure customers with false prices and provide no support once the booking is made.

I am an old Veteran that is just looking for equal and dignified treatment. On said date and about 15 minutes before said time I visited this store for an average purchase of buying house hold goods. At check out the young lady who's name I don't have to mention was very unprofessional in a way that surprised me. As i asked her for a Kroger card she rapid fired in a disturbing attitude that in the whole store there was none and they had to be ordered. Bye that time I had scanned one of my items so I just said “can you please remove the item I just want to purchase the water?” Again she snapped, “my computer is not working.” So I said cancel the order. As she rolled her eyes and looked at me she finally removed the item. To me as a business man I would like to know when things like this happen they are not good for business and usually are one of the reasons that only 10 percent out of 100 businesses make it and 90 die out. It seems to me that when a person like this exists it endangers not only her job but those of the rest of the working people in that store. I was not going to say anything but after actually thinking of in the way I just told you it left me with only one action and this letter. I don’t wish to get anyone in trouble or fired I understand that maybe the young lady is having problems at home or life is just hard on her, but I’m sorry I don’t feel that others has to pay for her misfortune.

I owned I mean I still own ASUS laptop gl703 I bought it in April 2018 for over £1500. Broke down in February 2019 and ASUS refuses to repair it. They said it has liquid damage. And if I wanted to repaire it I have to pay for my own part.(by the way cost £1,200 the parts) show me absolutely no proof of liquid damage. Stay away from this product you don't even send it to Asus, just send it to a random place for repairs.
