AWFUL -- Crazy difficult to make minor changes, dreadful customer support

've spent about 9 hours trying to create a teeny, squarespace website, just for content at this point. And it's EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. HERE'S WHY: 1. The photo editor frequently (like 1/2 the time) just stops working. 2. You can't change the size of the content box without coding 3. Even though the button reads, "edit photo", sometimes you can't. It just doesn't work for the page or the template, I'm not sure which. 4. The screen frequently just freezes 5. There is no easy navigation back from the help pages to the project you're working on. 6. Making changes...well sometime they just don't take 7. You frequently get a page not found when you DO navigate back. 8. ANY changes beyond the template ARE difficult. Even minor tweeks to position of photos, cropping, or heading are difficult. 9. Finally, any attempt to contact SquareSpace is met with at least 5-6 barriers -- 4 attempts to block you with content that doesn't address your issue, chat that doesn't respond, an email you have to receive before they will work on it, a confirming email that you have to send back before they will respond, then a clarifying email from them that makes no sense, promising they'll work on it...you can tell they haven't really read your question. Still, 2 days later, no help. I'm not sure why SQUARESPACE gets any more than 1 star. I think it's because no on reviewing it actually HAS to create a site. It's done for the review, for fun and can follow along with whatever the template requires. Once you actually have to make a usable site for your contact, it's crazy difficult

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. I asked for two simple promo videos for my business — one with a female voiceover, one with a male — and was promised multiple times they’d be delivered. Days passed, deadlines were missed, and I kept being told “just a bit longer.” Despite my patience and clear instructions, the videos never arrived on time.The service kept apologizing but couldn’t follow through. I gave multiple chances, and all I got was delay after delay. If you’re relying on this tool for time-sensitive business content, especially video, don’t — it might let you down when it matters most.I expected professionalism. What I got was frustration.

Wish I could give negative stars

Wish I could give negative stars. First of all, the movies here are overpriced compared to other sites. Second, they buffer constantly, when Netflix and HBOmax never do. They try to say it is low bandwidth, but I live and work in a large city and have excellent internet. So that is bs. Lastly, I rented a movie (someone gave me Fandango gift cards) and it kept buffering and buffering. I gave up, and the next weekend tried again but the movie I had rented was no longer in my library. When you rent a movie, it says you have 30 days - but the customer service rep just told me that when you START the movie, you only have 48 hours to finish watching it! So, their system is garbage, and they take your money and run even if the interface buffers so much you can't get through the movie. AWFUL.

So they decided to add ads/commercials…

So they decided to add ads/commercials to prime and if you wanted it removed its $2.99 a month what a joke. You already ask us to pay to watch certain shows or remove a serious then say we need to pay $9.99 to watch the rest. Are you nuts? Remember there is IPTV out there and for $79 a yesr we get to watch everything you have and much more for that 1 price. I was a long loyal customer but you pushed me when you told me i had to pay extra to remove ads. So in return i give you no business and non of my money. I have no problem shopping somewhere else especially with your product becoming cheaper in quality as well charging same or more than a store. Enjou your ads bc I know i wont be.

I wasn’t able to place my order. So I called the Macy’s customer service. The lady name “Tracy” (sorry if I miss spelled) was really nice and helped me to place my order. She was so nice and helpful.

bought a 200$ keyboard and 115$ mouse…

bought a 200$ keyboard and 115$ mouse and they both are garbage shift key sticks, mouse scroll wheel goes up when i go down and vise versa the other. never buying logitech products again skytech is better and cheaper. been rocking the skytech keyboard i got with the pc since logitech is complete dog shiiiiie

the worst customer servicethey make you wait forever to answer your callthen lie to you saying we will escalate it when its already the 3rd time, but they can't transfer you to the imaginary people that they escalate it too because they do not have telephones lol you can't make this stuff up, then they just hang up on you so you have to jump on the merry go round again, they treat us like rubbish yet brag that their annual net profit after tax is $2.1 billion, there would be no Telstra without the people so why do we keep them rich whilst they treat us like rubbish? people power let your money do the talking by going ElseWare

LinkedIn presents itself as a business'…

LinkedIn presents itself as a business' best friend, however, their chat support is a chatbot... Either this or they simply DO NOT read the messages. Took me 3 days and 3 separate emails to get a simple answer... Very difficult to navigate and use.

It seems to be a platform for masochists

Your reach is getting limited without any indication of what you did wrong and without any information which Tweet has broken which rule. Every lazy company and scammer works the same way.You may even have blocked too many bots. But nothing is done against the bots themselves. Almost every tweet has "My naked pictures in my profile" as a comment. Apparently this seems to be the new source of his income.I already deactivated my account because it's a waste of time and energy. Freedom of Speak, as promoted by Elon Musk, looks different.

Review of YouTube

YouTube music review

The free account is almost enough to make you hate music. Random songs. Constant pressure to upgrade via pop-ups. Doesn't allow casting. Can't play in the background. All of this is intentional to force us to upgrade to their overpriced premium subscription. Which is not worth it's cost.
