Haven’t even had my TV for a year and the software on it keeps having problems. The loading screen with sometimes show up and the only way to get it to stop is to reset the TV. Probably the last Philips product I’ll buy.

This has to be the worst website not only for news but easily the worst experience of ANY website. It freezes often, the stories keep jumping and constant pop ups so you give up reading anything on it.I will not be using it again, complete rubbish!!!

I tried extremely hard to work things out with the seller DH 1988 Store and the Ali site itself both asking me to be patient when trying to get a hot wrinkle serum that has been stuck at Vancouver Customs since May 26th. After calling Canada Post 2 times and the Customs once nobody could track the parcel. I told both the seller and the Ali site this and they keep saying be patient. I gave the merchant two options either fully refund my money $5.47 Canadian or tell me exactly when my product will be coming. None of which they did. In other words if they were not taking my inquiry into the matter as truthful or that I am saying this is the response I am given and really I should not be putting in the inquiry as this is the sellers responsibility not mine to be running in circles I expect that should have been looked into and done. Not once did the seller say we will send you out a replacement item only just be patient. This is my fourth post from my recollection and if I could rate a 0 star that is what these guys deserve. I finally decided that I may refute the charge for failure to fulfill agreed contract of product being delivered by the very last day of the quite big window which was June 2nd to June 15th and my order date of May 8th. There was no way in this much time the order should not have come to me as that is about 6weeks or so. I finally called my credit card company and thankfully they had a $10 or less courtesy where the credit card company looks into your purchase history and sees your track record and depending on that issue a refund which my track record is excellent and I got the credit back. I am totally disgusted with DH Store 1988 and Ali so much so it is pretty well past the point of repair. Absolutely poorly handled and disgusting. First and most likely last time I buy here. Folks read the reviews. Hopefully things go well if not this Site and DH 1988 Store were an absolute nightmare to deal with!!! Nobody should have to go through and put up with all the shit I did and others who faced the same. Totally inexcusable!!! Shame on the DH 1988 Store and Ali!!!***Sorry Ali team I have given you my response with these responses the beginning where ok I did not provide my order I'd, phone number and name initially because I could not locate your forms on the Ali site. I then received an email in my personal email account where I did fill all that out and it came back to you so in the post where I first posted and responded to you have my email I did get in contact. I also got in contact via my review here because you like the seller had told me to be patient and wait...wait for what as I told you both I got in touch with Canada Post 2 times and the Vancouver Customs once both told me they could not locate the parcel. You guys should have either sent out another parcel or give my my money back! But because you both failed to do so I approached my credit card company and they gave the money back they should not have to do so you should. I honestly don't get how you guys very poorly handled all this and quite honestly I don't really want anything from you if this is how you deal with your customers. Why after all this hassle should I ever shop with you again????! This was a total nightmare. Again if I could rate you and DH 1988 Store a 0 I absolutely would. Maybe even negative because you guys are just constantly infuriating me. This was a very simple matter I told you I had a problem with the item stuck at the Vancouver Airport. It was the sellers job to call Canada Post to ask why. They passed that along to me and as I said to them whether they believed what I told them as being true or not then as in the first place they should have got in contact with Canada Post no excuse for not doing so. It is actually up to the seller and Canada Post to figure it all out and if not then a replacement package should have been sent out right away if not then a full refund. I simply can't understand how it got to all this. Very very very poorly handled. I just can't believe it. All I can say is not worth my time and energy to keep going back and forth thanks for fully wasting my time and thanks for absolutely nothing. What a nightmare!!!

BEWARE. I was resubscribed without my knowledge or express permission by accidentally clicking a link on an unsolicited email from them! After canceling last year I received an email a week later which automatically resubscribed you if you clicked on a link,. I only found out this had happened when I recently got a huge charge.There was no email or other confirmation I had been. "resubscribed" in this way . I was told that all communication was done via my account. Why would I check my account on a website I thought had been cancelled ?Completely unethical behaviour .

Criminal Organisation who will steal your money!!!!!I bought Parallels Desktop for 1 year (it says so twice in the invoice). Now parallels continues to bill me. I can't login to my account since I registered on my previous company's email address which is now deactivated. When I try submit a Refund Request (for "Unwanted Auto Renewal") on Customer support it keeps telling connection lost when I try submit.

Reported over 5K in £ gone in my coinbase account that were not invested! [I have a proof!]6 months down the line: 3 tickets raised, over 12 hours on the chat or call that us hunged upon, no UK support but Indonesia, rude! 1/2 way through 3hr call 'we cannot verify your account [the account I am logged in & looking at the screen off]Now I've been asked 'for a periodic account verification' I completed twice! On the second one I event took a screenshot 'successful' I still receive emails to verify. When I called in, I got no explanation to my question 'what did you do with my ID and why you are showing me 'successful' but it is not. She hung up on me! Yes I have ticket numbers and conversations recorded! I withdrew everything [thanks flipping *** all crypto is in my physical wallet coinbase cant even smell it] and leaving elsewhere - so cant wait. Do not deserve even 1*!

Great buy the cars. But when it comes to home charging Tesla don't support you. Home chargers are sold online and you will have to get your own installers. Their so-called recommended installers don't even reply to emails asking for quotes. After sales support is very important Tesla.
