Awful service. Zero customer service.My mum had a lovely placed booked and paid for, for a special birthday of mine. Then cancelled cause the owner got a better offer. Did not realise Vrbo was a bidding site like Ebay.The place was listed at a price and was booked and paid that should have been honoured not just allowed to be cancelled cause a higher bidder came in.Unsurprisingly the owner was then uncontactable and would not reply.I would avoid

Thats a shame (the bad reviews) They don't deserve it at all. I can't fault them from beginning to end. They sent a postage kit, confirmed they'd received the watch. Changed the battery (advised if it needed a service (which it didn't) the cost was £54. All the local jewelers didn't have the correct tools, 1 (mainly a cobblers), said they needed 30 mins but they wanted £97. The whole thing was done in a week (and they pressure tested it) so I'm a happy man, will use them again when the time comes

We have been cruising with RCCL for 30 years.We will not be booking again with them.They removed our futures cruise credit from the booking without telling us, We got a telephone call from our travel agents as we got to the dock gate in Civitavecchia saying that RCCL would not allow us to board as the cruise fare had not been paid. we were devastated.

We recently signed up for Hulu because of the 99 cents promo. After a short time of watching it, we've found the commercials to be extremely inappropriate. We feel lucky when we get an insurance commercial. We will be cancelling just because of the constant, inappropriate commercials.

Out of the blue they cancel pro subscription by themselves and send customers' an email with post-cancel survey asking for feedback. Obviously I have not cancel anything and they do not answer to my messages asking for explanations.

The absolute worse. I am just a buyer who did one 20 euro transaction, I did another buy 2 days later same credit card and same computer. They said that my 25 euro purchase was high-risk (?), then permanently suspended my account and banned me. To buy a 25 euro second hand coat? Complete idiots. I feel sorry for anyone who tries to sell here, buying a cheap coat was bad enough.

Paid the 9.95 to go to unlimited next day premium, on a basic account o re ieved deliveries withing 2-3 days from Evri but now I'm premium they have switched me to DPD and I now recieve deliveries 3-4 days, they day they always attempt next day but when I checked thetra ker and the driver is minutes away the deli ery gets cancelled. They actually mark it down as attempted but no one ever attempts, they just cancel and head home. Asos customer service is probably as bad as DPD. They do not accept responsibility for delivery times even though they advertise it and they refuse to cancel, you have to make a formal complaint and be passed to a manager for call back, it's tales a few days but they do have to cancel when they do not meet the advertised standards.

I have been waiting 10 days to receive a dispatch confirmation email from Uniqlo following my online order. The order status has been “processing” for the last 10 days even though Uniqlo state that dispatch should occur in 3 days or less. I have telephoned their customer service twice. They apologized but did nothing more. I have sent email and online requests for information but there is no response. Uniqlo does not permit order cancellations so I have no idea what to do next. As well as not receiving the merchandise in a reasonable time period, Uniqlo’s customer service and communications is appalling. I strongly suggest not to order online from Uniqlo until they improve their services.

This is the biggest scam to take money from hard working people by telling them Thumbtack will get you jobs in your respective industry. I signed on with them at a time when work was slow for painting. I was told you pay for leads. In three months I got three leads for painting and not one of the leads panned out. I have learned over the years that people that want a good painter ask others for a referral not companies like Thumbtack or Angi leads. The only consistent leads that I was sent from Thumbtack was for work that I do not do such as plumbing, flooring, carpentry, everything but painting. Dont waiste your money on Thumbtack They Suck!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to go to the bank to get a refund and a new card since I was hacked the day before and the person spent £74.99 on a game I don't care about and didn't want please keep in mind that with my console I had watched a movie with family on it and my phone was on the table, I unplugged the console to move it back into my room when my phone buzzed it was playstation saying thank you for the purchase, my console was still unplugged. The same day I went on playstations site to request a look into it. They said 1-3 business days it had now been a few weeks and I can't resubmit the form and have heard nothing from them. I phoned the UK line only to be told it's not possible that I've been hacked or playstation would have known, I brought the game and it's on my console there for it's my responsibility, the guy I was telling this to would keep interrupting me, and then would tell me to just buy the game when I can't even login to my account. When I asked for a supervisor he told me there wasn't any available at the moment and it's only when I said no I want to speak to someone higher did he open a case. I got told that I would get a response in 48 hours in my email, but I have heard nothing. It's disappointing and disgusting how this company runs it's customer service and treats all of its customers like less than dirt.
