recently bought robot vacuum cleaner after two days price dropped about £41 difference went to chat online about refund the difference everything is cool advisor come up said will refund me difference one of payment so ask me if i wanted gift card or original payment method after week nothing come through chat to another advisor said money should reflect to your bank account which i didn’t request after 10 days chat to another advisor she completely give different story that they cant give the difference and said previous advisor made up promises and lying about a refund what kind of rubbish is this i have the screen shot of what they have said about refund anyway i have now sent the item back waiting for my full refund as you can guess its taking time its at the processing centre but nothing’s been done never again

Just been billed £14.99 for my 20Gb plan up from £9.99. Been in contact with Adobe and they told me I had been sent an email 2 march 2025 but looked back and nothing in my in box, surprise surprise!!They offered me 3 months free but I would need to pay up to the end of the year, they said 20Gb had been replaced with 1Tb in the Cloud. Never used their storage, would never trust Cloud storage, use 8tb external drive.Eventually they agreed to cancel without any cancellation charges, have a print out of the conversation and am cancelling D Debit.Current users beware of this company.

Hey - I tried to report to Healthline and apparently they aren't interested so I'll try here...Wow - no wonder you don't have a "Comments" feature and have broken "Reporting Incorrect Information" links! The info quoted below from the "Ask D'Mine: New Basal Insulin Toujeo, New Dosing Math" page is just wrong and will only serve to further confuse the less-than-critical reader. "And now, apparently, Toujeo maker Sanofi doesn’t care either, because they just tore up the Unit Rulebook and threw it away. The reason that Toujeo doses 1:1 (meaning you’d take the same number of “units” that you did before) is that Sanofi has re-defined the unit. Toujeo comes only in a special SoloStar pen that actually delivers 1/3 of a unit with each click."

Read all. Worst phone ever!

I have one of your Android 7.0's and it's by far the worst phone I have ever owned in my whole life. It's slow, easy to break, lags very badly, most apps won't download or open, won't connect to WiFi, cameras don't work, the battery drains from 100% to 15% within an hour whilst barley being used, it shuts of stating it's dead even though it's at 87 sometimes, the flashlight won't work, calls are slow and glitchy, and it won't let me call/text some certain people.

(Is there worse than a 1 star?)OMW home from work tired, exhausted and hungry, Waze gave me an ETA of a 25 min drive (the usual over optimistic eta). I live on Miami Beach. There are three bridges which I can use to get home. The third and last bridge is the one that leads straight to my building, however the first two exits can also be used. Waze, being the incredibly asinine and useless app that it is and designed by troglodytes, waited until I was merely a few hundred meters away from my usual exit to indicate on the screen (I'm using waze on a double din stereo display) that there is the following on the road: Construction on the road, heavy traffic, an accident, and multiple police. All of this was entered by other waze users a while before I got anywhere near that area. Somehow, this profoundly stupid app failed to notify me about ANYTHING. It wasn't until I was a half-mile from the exit that the app announced that there was construction on the road. After sitting in traffic for nearly 20 minutes, I finally realized that the exit to the bridge was closed off. Not one person, not one cop, not a single construction person, no signs, nothing, indicated that the exit was closed. Now, I will say that living in Miami is a miserable experience. Most of the people here are lazy and stupid. There's an electronic sign on the road, but the Neanderthals running miami highway system simply put "closures ahead." So since I was sitting in traffic anyway, I told waze that the exit was shut down. I entered it into the system TWICE.LISTEN TO ME CAREFULLY: Even though I told this stupid app that the exit was closed off due to construction, even though multiple waze users listed that there was cops, construction, traffic, etc. THIS STUPID APP STILL TOLD ME TO TAKE THE EXIT!!!! Do you understand what I'm saying. The app showed an impossible ETA of about 8 minutes and ignored any data it displayed on the screen. I swear this stupid app often thinks I'm in a helicopter flying above the road!!! I was forced to drive several miles further. Because the “geniuses” behind FDOT closed off all but a couple lanes on the highways as well as the exits, I had to drive for another half-hour north in traffic (yet waze kept telling me to take the exits that were all closed off). Finally when I reached the end of the construction I was able to exit. Here's the thing, waze was telling me to go BACK ON THE HIGHWAY to drive back to that same bridge that was closed.. This app is awful. This app is useless. Last week, on my way home from some errands, I tried using waze to give me options to go home. It immediately told me to drive in the opposite direction of my home for miles, to then take the highway. I looked at my routing options. My home was about 10 miles away. Amazingly, waze's suggestion that I use the highway would take 17 miles. So nearly double the distance?!?! Would I get there earlier? NO!!! According to the ETA, this would take LONGER. So WHY?!?! Why would this profoundly stupid app want me to take the longest route, both in time and distance?! I'm so sick of this stupid App. I so wish there were better options out there, but all the GPS apps I've tried seem to be severely flawed in different aspects.

The forced E2EE has made this app essentially useless to me. Chats continue to disappear and I am constantly bugged about putting in a pin when I don't have one. I understand if someone chooses to use it, but it's ridiculous to force it on users.

Be aware of the subscription system that Issuu utilizes

I've changed my initial 1-star rating to a 4-star rating due to good communication with costumer support (+ a refund)Issuu is a clever company. Almost thievius to say the least. I signed up for a standard free 14-day trial, canceled the same day to avoid the $220 annual billing. I got charged the $220 any way. Received a full refund after writing an email to costumer support. Something doesn't add up in their system and you should definitely be aware of the issue that Issue is having with their system not registrering your cancelation of the annual subscription.I can tell by other reviews on a number of sites that this is a wide problem with Issuu.

I tried to canceled, but was billed for three months until I noticed.I wish I could give this company a "0." I was not informed that my "one-time" payment wold reoccur every three months.

Fast response time, solved issue quickly

I wanted to cancel my subscription as I had not used it since the auto renewal. The team responded very quickly and they were able to resolve my issue by refunding me. It was a very smooth and easy process - just a couple of emails. No need to jump through hoops. I am impressed by their quick response time, helpful and friendly support team and effectiveness at resolving issues!
