Ordered a mushroom stool, it arrived with threads hanging off, a shame as pattern and material were nice. They offered a 20% reduction in price… this didn’t magically make it “repaired” or passing any quality control checks. The stool was collected on the 13/5 various photos taken by the collection company. Nothing has happened since and when I chased yesterday they asked about the return of a completely different item which wasn’t faulty and I’m keeping. Now being fobbed off with it takes 28 days to refund(why? ). I want proof they’ve processed the item rather than hang on for a month and have to start the chasing process again.

Order place online and founds cleared from my account and confirmation email received. After 5 days I contacted customer service to find out where is my order. At this point I found out that there was problem with payment ( clearly not on my site), and order is cancelled! I never get any form of notifications about above issue. Only thing that I wanted at this point is to get this order send it ASAP as it was Birthday gift. Advice from customer service representative was to click and collect from local branch! ( 35 miles away from me!). I ended up placing another order with express delivery, till while founds from initial order were frozen! ( At least this time order was delivered after 3 days - still long for express delivery). Now after 3 weeks my founds from initial order are still "pending" and I had no choice but to claim my refund trough Paypal! Absolutely poor experience and I highly recommend to avoid!

He checked and the water heater was still under warranty so the parts didn't cost me anything. He fixed it and let me know exactly what he was doing and only charged me for the labor. I am very pleased with his work and work ethic. It's good to know of a plumber that I can count on!😀

Went to pay my bill on my VS silver card and I was charged twice for my order. Once on the day I completed my order online. (It usually only charges after shipping) And second, after it shipped 3 days later. I am really truly hoping the second one falls off. I am going to give it a few days.... Quality has been tanking, the underwear constantly shreds and rips within 2 weeks. The bras I just got today smell horrible like paint. And the thing I originally wanted to purchase was not in stock, w no option to pre-order, yet two days after my purchase there it is in stock. You cant put more than 2 certificate codes on your order, so why did you give me 3? So now I have to make 2 orders anyway.
