G2 is an excellent platform for finding software solutions available on the market. I think it needs some more in-depth reviews for more specific software. Also, I'd suggest that they organize each category better because you can get confused an lost with so much information available.

Amazon used to be good and has continued to devolve into the worst web services company. They provide the worst support, login systems are completely broken, there is basically no way to use the service any more. I strongly advise staying away. I used AWS since it launched, but now have no choice but to completely abandon all Amazon tech services. I have lost a massive amount of data due to AWS' lack of ability to provide a functioning login service. Appalled, get your head out of the clouds Bezos.

Creative Market is my first stop for templates, fonts, and other design elements, and I'm always happy with the experience. Even when I encounter an issue (like a download link not working), either a store owner/artist makes it right, or CM support steps in and makes it right. The mindfulness that CM creators put into their work is always noticeable, and the UX of searching and buying on the platform is excellent (at least, in comparison with other similar platforms - I do have my critiques of their search, but it's still better than something like shutterstock). I've been a loyal CM user since 2013 and I don't expect that to change.

I booked two rooms for four people at Cabinn Copenhagen through Agoda for the weekend of November 7th. However, upon check-in, the hotel only had one room registered, despite the fact that we had paid for two.The hotel could see that one room was booked under my name, but they saw no names attached to the second room, which Agoda had failed to include when forwarding the booking details. Instead of assuming that this was our second room, the hotel chose to treat it as an unassigned booking, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. This miscommunication should have been easily avoided.What’s even more frustrating is that when I contacted Agoda, I was promised the issue would be resolved quickly, but instead, I received an irrelevant email stating my request for a booking change (which wasn’t the issue) could take up to 48 hours.I’m deeply disappointed by how both Agoda and Cabinn Copenhagen handled this situation. Despite clear evidence that we had paid for two rooms, we were treated unfairly and left in a stressful, uncertain situation (and offering a free cup of coffee was an insufficient attempt to ease the situation). I would caution future guests about the potential for mishandling and poor communication.

I had booked for Dec 24 vacation. Agoda partner cancelled booking and it's march now I am still following up to get my refund. Everytime I write to customer care they keep asking for the same proof that are submitted. Either the customer care is not very literate to understand the problem or it's a trick to buy time. Pathetic service. Pls don't trust Agoda at all

We purchased a Samsung fridge 7 months ago and it already died! We are now going on TWO weeks without a fridge and Samsung couldn't care less! Worst customer service I have ever experienced and we are out thousands of dollars between the horrible product and hundreds of dollars of food we had to throw out! Don't ever buy a Samsung fridge or you'll regret it!!!!

My first bad decision was to buy any samsung appliance. I have 8 of them (8 too many) and will slowly be replacing them as they fail with other more reliable brands. I suspect there are literally millions of other samsung customers out there with similarly terrible experiences regarding their samsung appliances. I will now state the problems I've had (with no help from Samsung, I might add):1. Four door refrigerator: Ice maker continually frosts up. It was replaced under warranty from the reseller we purchased the refrigerator from. The replacement unit also failed. Samsung refuses to cover the failed ice maker. When this fridge dies, a different brand will replace it. The ice make works fine for a couple weeks, then frosts over, so I'll continue to defrost it every 3-4 weeks or so. I'll use this as a constant reminder of how horrific samsung appliances are and to never buy another one.2. Bought 4 Black Stainless Appliances for a new build. The Black Stainless finish is chipping/flaking off each one of the appliances. Samsung refuses to compensate us for this horrific appearance of these appliances. This started happening within 2 years of installation.3. The dishwasher with the Black Stainless Finish quit, no response to operation on the control panel. Samsung refuses to help us with repairs without us paying for the repair. The unit is 4 years old and rarely used (2nd home). After investigation into repairing the unit myself, the failing part is not available (unless you are a service person). It's ridiculous that the dishwasher failed with little use and you can't find parts for it. I bought a Bosch DW to replace this one (and love it).4. Dishwasher in a different home: Failed after 2 years of use (regular use). Samsung refused to cover any repairs. Fortunately I was able to find parts and repair this unit. I sold this unit and bought a Bosch DW, which has worked flawlessly for 4+ years now.Save yourself time and trouble (time is $$$$ samsung), buy more brands with better quality and service; companies that actually back up their products with good customer service and value customer loyalty. If samsung would have helped us out, backing up their products, I might stay a loyal customer, but no more will I buy a single samsung product! Your terrible quality has me convinced to spend my hard earned $$$$ elsewhere!

In march this year my mother signed me up for National trust membership. She was assured the pack would arrive in less than a month which was just in time for my Birthday April 3rd.Nothing has ever arrived. Both herself and I have emailed and called with nothing ever arriving or a refund being given. I’d like to understand how to escalate this for a full refund. Phone calls and emails are full of empty words so hoping maybe this will get the right persons attention.

I have tried to speak to a human about an hp printer issue I'm having since having to upgrade to Windows 11, and after literally an hour of trying every website and phone number, I can not get to a human. I finally got to a bot that asked me to read my serial number over the phone. I spoke each letter and number slowly and clearly, and it understood all but the last one. It kept hearing E instead of H. After 5 failed attempts with the exact same mistake, I decided this was by design since it's very difficult for me to believe there is a moron in existence dumb enough to think having a human read an alphanumeric code to a bot is a good idea. This has been the worst support experience I have ever encountered, and that's saying something. I will never buy another HP product, period. For your own sanity, boycott HP!
