The company has become pathetic. They attempted delivery to office (address is marked as office only) on a public holiday and then marked the order rejcted by customer. Order has gone back without any communication to us.There's no way we can connect with the customer care. Both chat and call options don't let proceed, the call auomatically states the status of the order and thats it.Order Number 406-4485872-5665140

DO NOT USE YELP FIR YOUR BUSINESS! According to yelp, you cannot ask for a review, which doesn’t make sense. I get asked all the time “how was our services?” From restaurants, yelp is saying we can ask or send the customer a link to ask about our services. The way they explained it was that we would only send customers a link to our yelp page to the customers we made happy. 1st off that’s not true we ask all our customers, second how are we to get a good review from yelp in the service business world. Seam like we get all the bad reviews but not good how is that far to in home services. Plus who’s asking around about the service business that do warranty work. We get dispatched out by the warranty. It’s not like people are saying ohh let me look at that place before I get service from them. It’s not a restaurant or fast food, customers are getting services done to there home or appliances and trying to take advantage of appointments to get services asap. Yelp policies are unfair to the service business. I do not recommend using or trusting there star ratings.

Slow, bulky, cluttered - and now with adverts; whats not to like? Nothing. Impossibly slow despite the best internet available, you ask it to delete a message and it takes 10 minutes and you have to refresh; takes forever to scroll down the page and finds absolutely fxxc-all of your message which you know you have in your inbox!!!! Cluttered worse than a Delhi prison with no clear route of where you go to do what. I just hate it more than I can logically express. It's always been bad but it is now so pathetic to be rendered usless. I have moved my account elsewhere. Apps - crap, content - crap all just very c.r.a.p.

Spent $5431.5 USD on Klaviyo subscription while transitioning our flows from our internal email system to Klaviyo finding out their integration with WooCommerce sucks big times. Not eligble for a refund as their policy. Bye $5431.5 USD + 2 months of time.Woocommerce users, use amazon SES & Funnelkit. Its 10x times cheaper and much better integration. Thank me later. ✌️
Review of hotels
Company is lying about distances to the cities on their app. We looked at a hotel which they said was 4.3km from the city we booked it as we thought that was fine. When we came closer to our stay we googled the distance ourself and the distance to the city was 8km, which is double. Hotels.com didn't want to refund our money as we had to cancel and book at a different place closer to the city. Very disappointing costumer service when they were the ones telling the wrong information.

Their web site is a shambles, and has become impossible to enjoy. i finally found out how to block flyout vids' and adverts but in retaliation dm just slowed page loading down further and made logging in a 1 time deal so each comment meant automatic logout.2m will be spent removing all cookies and traces of dm and seeking a new source possibly the Express

If I could give them a 0 I would.Placed an order on Nov 28 for bras. Have been charged and paid. 12 days later, no bras. Customer support said will take 3 more days to find out why not delivered. Rude, don't enunciate, awful customer service!

Wasn't bad. My problem took a couple of weeks to resolve but that could be because I coded my website rather than using a builder and it felt like your team was not used to people coding their own web pages. Your team also could not open the CSS file that I had sent and if they would have been able to open that the problem would have been resolved a lot sooner. The emails were very polite and informing though. I just wish the problem would have been resolved sooner. The problem was ultimately on my end of things with how I had coded the webpage. Lea was great to work with though and was very professional and responded in a timely manner.
