I opened a account in Amazon for AUDIBLE (in addition to another account I used for ordering).I registered a Gift card (for audible) and unfortunately lost my logging info.My account was blocked after trying several times to connect.Amazon denied to treat the case because there was no credit card on it and no order (of course.... it was a new account... there really are a bunch of buffoons).So I lost my gift card.Several calls to Amazon support was useless.Conclusion : I deleted my other Amazon accounts (and AUDIBLE at the same time).I'll no more order in Amazon (neither Audible).
