Sutton Law Firm runs the biggest scam legal representation that is the laughingstock of Polk county's legal community, in my opinion, based on eight years personal experience. She is all about delaying and drawing out legal cases as long as she can while fleecing as much money as possible from clients. How would you like to spend eight long drawn out years with Sutton’s delay tactics for a simple contested $15k collection case that I was not even a client in, and, that her firm was not even retained for, in representing the actual client? Check the court records for this one case. There are about 175 entries into the court docket, it is now four circuit judges later, and even an appeal that she also lost. She will lie and use any delay tactics she can just to increase her firm’s billing hours, all in efforts to wear the parties involved down. When any real necessary legal expertise is required, her legal partner drops the case and leaves the client hanging without representation at the worst crucial moment saying “you need new eyes on the case”. Then months after, she and her partner send an invoice for money supposed owed. These common practices were why they were fired from the local firm they both worked at previously. Retaining her legal partner, you'll love his posted personal video description of his best work and legal thinking which he does “on the golf course,” no doubt on your money!!! That over-stating underperforming incompetent buffoon showed up the morning of a mediation apparently living out of the trunk of his car, in a suit that looked like he had slept in it. BTW his great legal tactic during initial mediation and proceedings was for me to agree to pay the opposing party an unjustifiable absurdly large sum of money to settle the case. Take a close look at her You Tube website with all 25 of the short videos that play like a Sunday night drama. Clearly, she is making every attempt to rebrand her past reputation. Just consider for a moment, if you retain her firm, a single production of videos is not cheap, why does her firm need videos selling themselves, what are you really paying for ? A wannabe actor playing attorney? She actually believes that if you hired her “golfing specialist” associate attorney when he was at their previous firm, that firm’s client contract should carry over. That would be like buying a new Ford and expecting the warranty to be honored at a Chevrolet dealership. I say this all by living through these exact realities, every fact or description can be completely supported with undisputable documents showing eight years of insanity.
