National Trust doesn't care about your dietary needs. They claim they cater for coeliacs at most sites - a complaint response assured me at least 50% of their menu has no gluten containing ingredients. However, at every site within a 2 hour drive of our house they don't. The brownie isn't even gluten free any more claiming it was changed due to "declined popularity". Some people don't get to choose their diets but National Trust has chosen no to cater for those with genuine dietary needs.
