When I logged into my At & T online account, it said that I would save $40.00 if I pay from a bank account instead of charging on a credit card. I confirmed that this was true through on line chat. I paid from my bank account, but there was no discount at all.

Review of flipkart
Flipcart ser ixe is worst. They don't bother about their customers..once they receive Mony. I m never gonna buy any products from Flipcart. 3 days still waiting for my products... Nobody is concerned about the delivery. Their delivery executives are rude n unprofessional.
Review of domestika
DO not use this learning service. Without authorization they have taken $329 out of my bank account directly. I am disputing this. Their help is an automated response denying all refunds instantly. You can't talk to a real person at all. I should have been able to cancel up to today but they withdrew the money from my bank regardless. Absolute trash of a team.

5-Star Review for Jamar and Jaron – Outstanding Service!I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jamar and Jaron through AAA in the Atlanta area, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I had been on the phone for hours trying to get service and didn’t hear an update for awhile! Finally a call was put in. From the moment they arrived, both men were incredibly patient, professional, and efficient. They clearly knew what they were doing, and their knowledge gave me immediate peace of mind. What stood out the most was their excellent communication. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood the process, which I really appreciated during a stressful situation. Their teamwork and calm demeanor turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and easy one.Thank you, Jamar and Jaron, for going above and beyond. AAA is lucky to have such top-notch professionals on their team!

National Trust doesn't care about your dietary needs. They claim they cater for coeliacs at most sites - a complaint response assured me at least 50% of their menu has no gluten containing ingredients. However, at every site within a 2 hour drive of our house they don't. The brownie isn't even gluten free any more claiming it was changed due to "declined popularity". Some people don't get to choose their diets but National Trust has chosen no to cater for those with genuine dietary needs.
Review of kroger
Kroger customer service is awful. If you use boost and instacart delivers, you have no recourse to fix problems. Krogers 800 numbers dont help and if you dont receive entire order you still get charged and you have no way to prove it that you didnt get it because the deliverer puts in delivery complete. I will have to go to american express and complain to get my money back as of today I have been charged twice for one order. They also say no refund on wine but i never got the wine. Used to be you could just go to store with problems but now everything is corporate and you get nowhere!!
Review of jotform
This form builder is the best and most user-friendly platform I have ever used! So many options for the perfect customization. This form has been part of our website for over a year, and our customers appreciate having the form to make an order request. When I have had questions, I have contacted customer support on the JotForm website Chat. So easy and helpful too!
Review of europa
Awful, just awful. Conning the naive and gullible into thinking an antidemocratic political monster is somehow representative of Europe, while destroying the diversity of Europe and trying it force it into one hellish grey lump of conformity and compliance.Whoever thought this rubbish up are sick and I hope not too many more are fooled into propping this terrible stain on Europe's history up.
Review of economist
The Economist is a great newspaper that's infamous for its terrible customer service. The website is useless for account management. Contacting customer service yields an automated response with a promise of an actual reply within 48 hours -- which twice now hasn't come at all. I notice the Economist has plenty of money to pay squads of people to drum up subscribers on the street by giving away free copies. Why not just hire a designer to build a 21st-century website? It might help with renewals.
Review of dropbox
I've been using dropbox for years now, and It's always been rather smooth.
But today I ran out of space (as happens), and I went to upgrade my account. But apparently you can't buy any more than 1 TB of space.
I contacted support, and the help was lousy, to say the mildest. It started out with a couple of copy-paste answers, clearly demonstrating that my initial message was never read.
After finally understanding my issue, the "support" employee told me that it was not possible to buy any more space, without upgrading to a business account. After this, the employee told me to have a good day and logged off..
What kind of company does not want to sell some extra space, for double the money?? That is pretty silly!!
I guess I'll now have to spend hours cleaning my dropbox, so that I can sync this temporary workstation, before leaving school (and thus having to wipe the workstation). *sigh*
Review of dropbox
I (still) have issues with dropbox link previews on Slack. I contacted Slack and Dropbox, I was going back and forth between them, because both told me the issue is on the other end. Since it shows "powered by Dropbox" on the links, I assume the problem is on Dropbox's end. Anyways, as I told them that I needed their help with this, they said that I should go to dropbox.support.com and look for answers myself since there is their chatbot (which is useless) and community that could help. What's the point of having a support system then if they're not going to help their consumers?
Review of Bing
Their searches are appalling. They sometimes take so long to add a link that the content has already been removed. Every search term has to have 70 pages of search results added to it. MOST are not relevant. They don't put the relevant results at the top, if you want to see them all, you have to go through every page! 'Related Searches' are often totally unrelated and sometimes they direct children to adult content!Their approach to the European Right to be Forgotten is criminal, unsavory at best. They refuse to remove results pertaining to children, which could potentially put them at risk. Every request has to be made several times over before it is accepted. They will then re-add the link when they think you're not checking, or they will link the same using a variation URL, image or video. Their customer services are absolutely pathetic. I am unsure whether they are merely skipping through emails, or if they just have a psychopathic, cavalier attitude to their customers. Although when their staff member 'Red' told me I would have to wait for their 1990's bot to remove a search, when it feels like it and that he could not help manually, so my child would just have to put off her potential suicide and 'wait patiently', I rather think it's the latter. Suffice to say; all queries must be repeated many times over. They will respond, but they won't answer the question, in fact what they do say will relate to something you've already stated has already been done. They will then deny all responsibility. Eventually you will go full circle and you will begin again, but it's honestly like winning the lottery if you ever get an adequate, or timely response, it's so rare.Another vintage piece of edge they employ is their inadequate 'content removal tool'. This hardly ever accepts a URL, refuses to process many and when they are finally accepted and processed, you will find the link still listed, next time you look. I think it's basically just a means of keeping people busy and not 'bothering' them, the psychopaths in the customer services department (LOLZ to the misnomer there).I hope they go bust. They are thoroughly pointless.
