Becoming more expensive and unreliable!I’ve used Rover for a while, but it’s becoming more and more expensive, and it feels like prices keep going up without much improvement in service. On top of that, I’ve had multiple sitters drop me at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement. It’s really frustrating to feel like you can’t rely on a service you’re paying a premium for, especially when you need consistent care for your pets. I hope Rover does something to improve reliability because right now, it’s just not as dependable as it used to be.
I had a negative experience with a dog sitter and the dog sitter has other negative reviews. I feel Rover should screen out the poor dog sitters so others do not have sitters that neglect their pets. I thought Rover was a reliable app to find reliable dog sitters. I now find that Rover does not screen their reviews or sitters.
