Sage 200 support

Gordon Bell was excellent he resolved our issues and took time to explain the process. Gordon was friendly and knowledgeable.

ZERO customer support/Law firms beware

ZERO customer support. Live chat is useless, support plans limited to 3 calls a year or you must purchase additional support plans for over 4k a year.

USELESS SUPPORT AND SOFTWARE

YET AGAIN I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET MY VAT SORTED. ALL INVOICES OPOSTED VAT RETURN SAYS NIL SALES, NIL PURCHASES AND HMRC HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. CANNOT GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND OR LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM. BOLSHY. NOW I HAVE A FINE AND A PENALTY POINT THROIUGH NO FAULT OF MINE. AVOID

Price increases are ridiculous

Price increases are ridiculous, Sage are getting very greedy. My husband and myself have used Sage for many years but the price increases have made us move on. We only use Sage to invoice my husband up until February this year was paying £39.60 then without warning went upto £56.40 in March a £16.80 increase for sending a handful of invoices, and now I get an email to say mine is going up from £30 + VAT to £39 + VAT I send 2 invoices a month. So between us for just invoicing would have been paying £103.44 a month. We tried to downgrade our subscription but Sage makes it pretty much impossible to do so, so we have left. The price rises are disgraceful and a disgusting way to treat customers after so many years. I do not recommend Sage.

Their software is so outdated

Their software is so outdated, the Payroll software in particular has been forgotten about, nothing has been done to keep up with competitor offerings. Every update makes it less user friendly, it crashes and has un-usable pension integrations. Avoid it. Avoid the company, thier offerings are legacy software.
