Gordon quickly understood the issue, he relayed to me that he would investigate it offline before providing a full response. Gordon then called back not long after to advise the issue should now be sorted (It was).

They literally hang up on you

They literally hang up on you, and it is complete unacceptable. The lack of customer service is shocking. I will advise others to stay away!

iXBRL tagging for desktop SAPA is poor. Everything else is great!

Fabulous support team, extremely patient and experienced, with short wait times. Unfortunately, SAPA is a comprehensive (albeit slightly clunky) software. The IXBRL report for direct submission looks terribly unprofessional—completely unlike the previewed reports, due to dated coding techniques and little investment in the software. This results in submitted accounts which are unreadable to the intended users of the financial statements. Ultimately, I spent a long time working with software that was doomed from the start.

Michael was so patient and helped me through each stage of downloading an old version of sage and putting a backup on. I couldn't have done it without his support and he stayed on the phone afterhours to complete the task.

FRAUD and security breach

They have allowed an external accountant to use my business company details to create a new account which is linked to my email. They are taking zero responsibility and telling me only the accountant can delete the account / me as a user. The account has replaced my actual business account and now I find it hard to view any of my business details. They basically said there is nothing they can do and there is no responsibility of how this is a security breach/ fraud of someone else being able to use someone's company details via a different email. I have used sage for 2 years but their lack of responsibility and clear uselessness of being able to sort this issue I won't be using them in the future. AVOID AVOID AVOID, so many better softwares out there.
