The worst support ever!I reported 2 bugs, they are willing to "help" only with one, but the only thing was, that I should uninstall app, and install again. The bug (no notification on app, new messages appear only after opening the app. This bug is on several phones/tablets of people around me. No other app is having this issue with the same setting) persists, so they want me to disable battery optimalization and keep running viber NONSTOP at background with a massive battery usage. Not a chance! I told them, that I will not do that, so they replied, if I will not cooparate, they will not help me. So I waved at them and uninstalling the stupid app forever. Viber will not survive long this way. Unbelievable, why should I help them resolve their bug? Why they have devs, testers? Massive middle finger to them! Tschuss...
