Returned order 4 weeks ago and still no refund!

I returned my order 4 weeks ago and have not received a refund. There is no contact number for customer service and when you write it on a form they reply with w lazy response saying due to covid there has been a delay. I told them that I sent another order with this order which was returned right away but have not heard anything about this order, they fail to respond to this. Their customer service is shocking, the worst I've dealt with yet, 100% avoid shopping with them I will not be shopping with them again and will be advising friends and family not to either! Absolutely pathetic!

Express clothing app/ customer service

I contacted chat on express clothing ap after trying to use a coupon code to download their ap for 200.00 and no tax on a 500.00 order. I spoke to 4 different customer service people who didn’t want to help or lied and said they did or told me as a courtesy they would but then decided it must be too much trouble and said their superior said no. All disconnected and I am going to close the order. I was polite and patient I have copies of the chat which was taken down. I am sending to headquarters. I don’t expect it to be corrected. This company and their out dated ads, pull down and erase the chat line and remove ads before your eyes. Not a company I want to do business with.

Review of xbox

Hardware Issues

Two Xbox Series X's and BOTH have the same issue. I usualy only play D2, but I get green crashes, console won't boot up on occassions not to mention how utterly rubbish the controllers are (over four have died due to drift, buttons not working properly). I honestly do not know what has happened to this company, but the quality of their hardware is shocking. Not to mention the customer service is awful. I have been a dedicated Xbox fan since the start, but no more. I will no longer be purchasing your products as they are not built to last.

Rotten tomatoes is officially compromised. Not only do they cherry pick reviews, but they flat out remove negative reviews and disallow people to review other shows.It brings me absolutely no pleasure to say this, since I'd long been a massive fan of RT.

Microsoft authenticator app is so bad

Microsoft authenticator app is so bad. Why is it that when I try to sign in to an account to get a code for the authenticator app, I have to have ANOTHER code from the app in order to sign in. I am trying to sign in to my account but I need a code that’s hidden within the account? Not to mention there was a way to ask for other verification options on the authenticator app just for it show options only available when you’re logged in.

I want the old Duolingo back

I want the old Duolingo back, it was more fun. The new one is a slog. And boring repetition. I miss the choice of stories, and the audio lessons. I don't understand why you changed something that worked. Now when I scroll down there are so many lessons, I feel like I haven't got anywhere and want to give up. But I paid for a year so will slog on and look for something better.

Downhill

Have been a life long Nintendo fan since the original Gameboy. Have had subscriptions from them since old enough to have a job. You would think they would care about life long customers that they can easily track. But apparently all of this means "you still don't meet criteria to preorder." Nintendo lost a lifelong member. Not that they care about these members, clearly.

Huge delay in delivery

Back on the 2nd of January 2021, I ordered a desktop computer online via Lenovo's website, where they claimed that the product was in stock and will be shipped in 1-2 working days. Unfortunately the order was in "processing" status until the 12th of January, when it changed to "Order completed" and they provided a tracking number for the parcel that, they say, should arrive via UPS within 1 to 3 days.Well, I'm here today, the 15th of January (13 days after I made my order), still waiting for the computer to arrive. Funny enough, they already took my money and sent me an email saying that the PC was shipped, but when I try to track the parcel with the tracking number they provided, the system shows no results whatsoever (I've called UPS just to be sure and they actually told me that the tracking number provided is not UPS').I already talked to Lenovo's customer service several times since I made the order. Last time has been just a few minutes ago, after finding out that the tracking number is incorrect, and it is always the same reply: "Ok, sorry about that. Let me put you on hold and ask one of my colleagues.... Sorry for keeping you waiting. I'm going to send an email to the relevant department to let them know about -insert here the reason of the call-. We'll be in touch with you with more information".I have no problem with the customer service representatives at the phone as they have always been courteous and (I guess) did they job correctly. The problem is how Lenovo is managing their resources, lying about shipping times and not informing their customers properly.Yes, I know about the difficulties because of the pandemic and brexit. I get that. However, companies should at least remain honest about it and shouldn't create false expectations. You see: I could had just order an Acer computer from Currys and had it delivered probably in 7 working days from their warehouse in Ireland. Because Lenovo told me that they will ship in a couple of days I assumed a) the computer was located in a warehouse in Ireland, and b) it will take, what, one week or 10 days to be delivered in the worst case scenario. It turns around that the products is sent from the UK (if we believe what they told me afterwards, but let's hope they don't send it directly from China).I will sure not buy anything from Lenovo anymore. As for the actual product quality, only time will tell. That is if I don't cancel the order and get something else. In any case, this is not a good start.

I had subscribed for trial version of freepik. Post the trial version, the monthly subscription fee started to automatically deduct from my account, credited to freepik. The account details were already shared y me initially while registering for trial version.Despite my multiple mails and favourable response from freepik, the money is getting deducted from my account regularkly since past 4 months and there is no way I am able to stop it. If you can look into the matter, I will be really grateful.
