I have been unable to contact anyone from ISSUU. On May 16 I was charged $2259 for a subscription renewal which in previous years was UNDER $399 - I have bank details. I need a refund of $2259 and any further business with ISSUU cancelled. I have contacted my bank and thought they were returning $$ but now want verification and bank statements etc. which I have for two years of mistakes. If I have an email to forward all of the documents to I would do so. I received an email at 12:21 AM (note AM) on 5/16/25 that my account was up for renewal and two minutes later (12:53 AM) another email saying you had my account number and no worries you had just charged me the invoice - 4 almost 5X the amount - of $2259. I have NEVER authorized this kind of renewal and to not give any notice BUT 2 MINUTES and then charge my account is very poor communication. I am forwarding today proof to my bank with all documents so they can dispute but it would be nice if you just handled this.Paid in 2023 under $399Paid in 2024 without notive $528 and an email from ISSUU said they would refund $154 (never received so I overpaid $154)PAID $2259 by debit card on 5/16 with a two minute notice of the charge in the middle of the night on 5/16/2025. I've been trying to reach out to ISSUU with no luck and about 10 days ago filed a dispute with Huntington Bank but just received a letter to send them proof - which I am dropping off today. IF I DO NOT GET A REFUND THIS WEEK MY ATTORNEY WILL TAKE THIS UP. TRIED EMAILS on 5/16 and 5/19/25 AND 4 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS.

Consistently poor quality clothes.Sizes are horrific, clothes come either too big or too small and the ones that do fit are so cheaply made and feel disgusting. £3.95 to return an item is ridiculous, especially considering I wouldn’t need to return as much if the sizing and quality was better. The prices are massively over priced for the quality you receive.

Exactly the same issue as noted below - returned four items for refund but only received credit for two. Uniqlo claimed that the warehouse had only received the two items - which simply not possible as all items were in one package. Uniqlo refused to investigate further and refused refund. Happily PayPal came to the rescue. Suggest not to use Uniqlo, but if you do and if you make any returns take photographs of everything. Utter disgrace.

Great platform for freelancers and business for great work and artist all around the world.However, it's quite difficult for new freelancers to get orders as the visibility are suppressed until you get a good number of orders and Ratings for your gigs. Also, commission seems a bit high for freelancers, hope fiverr will take note on this.

Microsoft have been taking money from my account without notifying me first. This is fraudulent. Only noticed this year that they have taken money from my new bank card for Microsoft 365 renewal. I don't even use it but they keep taking money from my account and you don't have anyone to talk to about this. I don't know how they got my new card details. I am so surprised a company I respected so much would do this. I just can't believe this. I am done with anything Microsoft.

I bought a garmin fenix 6 days before their system was shut down. I saved up to afford this watch and I trusted the company behind it.But a company that pays millions to the hackers but they lie to their customers about the "outage". Well that's a company I do not trust.They have still done nothing to assure us that we are now protected. But they have had time to promote their new watch for sale all over the Internet. Terrible company! Customers are nothing more than pay checks to them.
