Awfully poor customer service. Very good on managing public perception but nothing actually happens. The in-app chat cut-off the conversation with a simple 'this has been moved to emails'. No emails have been recieved. All the guidance says deposits might be held for 3 days (they don't tell you that before depositing though) but they still haven't released mine. So many reviews say the same thing - stay clear.

The platform is OK. It is not easy sending simple email campaigns. There is so much emphasis on automations. But it lacks very basic functions. Targeting clients who do not respond in order to send a follow-up. Then, quickly finding a previous template is cumbersome. The process always takes longer than expected. We should be able to program a new campaign in a few minutes.

We purchased a bathroom vanity from Wayfair. When it arrived, the marble top was cracked and chipped I chatted with them ( as there was no phone number) and got the biggest run around! They tried to deflect to the manufacturer and I had to spend the whole day arguing with them about the return. After this exchange I just wanted a refund and to never buy from them again.

Lucky for me I’ve never bought from Mercari. I almost did though. I found a hot water heater for $300 that I would have bought, but I offered $240 and never heard back from the seller. I asked several questions, but she never answered any. Then I found another for$200, but it didn’t have whether it was electric or gas. I asked several times and the seller never answered. I asked Mercari for help, but they couldn’t help. I would say that if I had bought either o e of those, I would be out the money. I would never buy from this company. Scam!

If I could give no stars, I would. I had a free month of nitro from discord, it came with two "boosts" I went to boost a server and it only let me do it once. I had not thought about the second boost as a problem- it was a free subscription anyway so I thought "whatever." When I started paying for my subscription it only let me use one again, even though you pay for two. So, I contacted support and my god, I wonder how they are even still going with how terrible their service is. I sent them screen shots of the amount of boost I used (two in total of two months which should have been four.) including the dates I used them, the date of my subscription payments, my account info, my banking info, I sent proof of anything. But then I got an email saying "nothing is wrong." Yes. Something is wrong, I'm paying for something I'm not getting. After so long without an email back I told them I'm canceling my subscription till they solve this. I almost feel like they did this on purpose because I was paying 9.99$ as a promotion price and if I restart my subscription it will be 12.99$ a month for the same subscription. They aren't getting any more money from me. Which is a shame because I love the app and love the people I've met on there.

I would highly advise not using this site.There is no protection from the company against scammers.It’s a scammers marketplace. I bought a pair of trainers for my son, 2 weeks later, not a word from the seller and they had closed their account.Fortunately PayPal are very good and refunded me, the site offer no help at all.

Dass der Service telefonisch nicht erreichbar ist, erwartet man heute nicht anders. Dass allerdings auch E-Mails nicht zur Kenntnis genommen werden, verärgert sehr. Das ist bedauerlich, da der Tagesspiegel eine gute Zeitung ist, die ich schon lange abonniert habe. Die Mitteilung vom 14.12.23 , dass die Sonntagsausgabe ab 1.1.24 nicht mehr geliefert wird, veranlasste mich zur sofortigen fristlosen Kündiugng. Die Sonntagsausgabe ist mir besonders wichtig, das Abo in unserem Ort die einzige Möglichkeit, sie zu erhalten. Am Computer oder Handy lese ich keine Zeitung, ich denke, das Recht habe ich. Der Leserservice bestätigt eine Kündigung zum 31.1.24. Auch auf Rückfrage erhalte ich keine andere Antwort, lediglich die Aussage, die Kosten für die Sonntagsausgaben würden erstattet. Ist das ein angemessenes Verhalten? So erreicht man keine Leser-Blatt-Bindung. Wegen des Betrages werde ich keinen Rechtsanwalt einschalten, bin aber sehr verärgert.

I had an inactive Chase Sapphire card, I had not used in a couple of years. Called to cancel, was passed around from department to department. When I finally connected with the rep to cancel, he was very rude, hung up on me while I was asking him if they would confirm the card was cancelled. At this point, I'm not sure if my request went through.

Disappointed, for sure. Frustrated, you bet. Poor experience, poor results with little info and... most importantly, wrong origins. According to them, my ancestors come from Scotland, but I have proof that they come from Ireland and yet, Ireland does not even appear in the results at all...

It was really hard to change old nice Gpsies for Alltrails. But after one year I am safe to say, that Alltrails Team tries to make much to help it's users and develop functionality. The service becomes user-friendly and gets more options.P.S. I am using free PC-version only to store my tracks and to plan future trips. Not using app.
