Review of Microsoft
I would give 000 stars if I could. This rep was a sales person NOT tech support. I have a brand new HP w/MS11 installed. I asked for help and was told I had to pay $35 + $17 for a total of $52!!! for ONE month's support. Shame on Microsoft. Doesn’t Bill Gates make enough money?!!! Does he really have to nickel and dime the (senior) citizens of this country to make more!? I told this rep 3x that I would seek help elsewhere and he continued to try to sell me! After the 3rd time, he said, "You won't get it for free!" Send him on his way - to a car dealership preferably in Columbia so his accent can be better understood.
Review of gog
- Clear and complete information on games. Most of the time, informative reviews by other customers.- Interface easy to use and navigate, most function are 3 clicks away. No unnecessary stuff to "gamify your experience"...- Wide variety of games (much more than Epic Games), and not only old ones.- Smart way to display your library, with quick access to functions (tags, download additionnal stuff like soundtrack, guide...)- DRM free

Review of zara
I placed an order with Zara, but I never received it. The courier claimed they were returning the package to the sender without even attempting delivery. When I tried to reach out to Zara for clarification, I found it impossible to speak to a real person. The only response I got was to “be patient” because the return process would take time. This experience with Zara’s customer service has been terrible—I still don’t have my order or my money back!
Review of logitech
Very poor Customer Service - Emails were back and forth with no real resolution. Their representative is not sure of they're refund requirements and so he asked me to destroy the product and give them the photos - which I did. The next email said that, the refund can't be processed because they needed a "VAT invoice". Given the circumstances, I may not be able to provide it as I purchased it in a third party company. Point is, they asked me to destroy it first before confirming with me the requirements for the refund. Now I don't have the refund - and my faulty C920 Camera is now fully destroyed by me. Funny. Also, their email representatives' emails are redundant and they seem to not read through the emails carefully and just responds meaninglessly. The email thread went for 1 month and about 43 emails sent and received. I'll never purchase again from Logitech as the customer service and possibly the products are very unsatisfactory.
Review of yahoo
Holy cow my patience was tested today. I have never had a bad customer service experience until just a few minutes ago. Called support cause i have 2 accounts. one yahoo decided to deactivate, and my other one is insisting i have a backup code that's been sent to my deactivated account. So i'm trying to get into my active account and called support - they asked 1 question then said over and over "ok please wait, hold on, please give me a minute" and then she said she cannot help me but every time i ask to back up and what information she needed, if she was missing information i can give it to her, it's my account, and for the first time ever in my life she said "Ma'ma i cannot help you." and hung up on me! The heck. Yahoo was the first ever account I created and if this is how they treat me after 20years well it's no wonder they are a failing business
Review of adafruit
Long time customer (since 2010), infrequent orderer. Finally got my hands on a Pi Zero 2W at Adafruit and checked out so quick that I used an old address from 2010 that was still on my online account. No worries, I noticed the mistake quickly and contacted Adafruit. Adafruit suspended my order before it was picked but could not update my address or do anything further for me - they would only cancel it. I waited after sending the cancellation email and the Pi never went back in stock, or someone else snatched it.The “customer service” even had the audacity to say at the end of the exchange “Please be sure to update your information in PayPal.”Thanks for nothing. I don’t know what happened to this company but I won’t be back. I deleted my 13-year old account after this incident.
