Doesn't matter whether you follow the guidelines or leave a detailed and truthful feedback on interviews and work experiences. They seem to cherrypick only the beneficial reviews to Glassdoor or other businesses. Information dissemination like in this case is a tactic commonly used by communist government and it needs to stop!

I ordered a pair of crocs online. Their site makes it very difficult to see if they have free returns. They don't. I went through their return process on line and didn't make note of their return address to send them back. Couldn't find the address once I realized I'd have to return them myself. I've spent 2 hours trying to get hold of someone. I've tried all options, Chat, Phone e-mail/Head Office/Store. They are set up to not be contacted by customers. My advice is to buy Crocs from anywhere other then their online store. Crocs online has no Customer Service. You cannot reach anyone.

Horrendous customer experience and poor choice of courier (UPS).I would definitely avoid buying anything from Logitech directly. Use a local retailer. Logitech doesn't care about their customer service and are reluctant to provide any sort of advice or help.My parcel is a few days late and the UPS website says that the sender (logitech) can ammend delivery details but their customer service agents aren't trained well enough to know what to do. Customer service kept saying "your item will be with you soon". I mean if this is all they can do, please just use a chat bot and get rid of your agents...Once the item leaves their warehouse, logitech no longer knows or cares about what happens to the item.

Technician booked between 8-12 and never arrived. No communication until a text at 7pm that night to say I’d have to rebook- no explanation. I waited 3.5 hours on the call centre hold to speak to someone. Despite missing the appointment, they couldn’t reschedule for 2 days. No responsibility of recourse. Terrible Telstra- unfortunately living up to its poor reputation.

Very efficient payments and My Telstra marketing sections. Abysmal service on My Telstra. Took 2 hours and 3 representatives today, each requiring repetition of the same information, for them finally to tell me they were unable to help book an NBN appointment. They could have told me straightaway. The link they sent for the NBN appointment timed out on contact three times! Perhaps AI will improve the service. It could not be much worse.

I've been using Linkedin for about 10 years. Unfortunately, it's one of my main work tools, as I work in recruitment.This is the second time I've had my account blocked/restricted for no reason and I'm basically unable to do my job normally because ofa) constant logging out without the ability to log inb) constant restrictions and the Persona security check that's totally useless when you upload your IDc) during login, constantly asking you to do a security check that leads nowhere again after giving the correct answer - you just start over.Is it a tool intended for professional use, can it be of poor quality?It's absolute garbage, especially the part where you're forced to give them your personal data without the ability to use it.
