The embroidered baseball cap is a homerun.

I ordered an embroidered baseball cap and it's great. The quality of the hat and, most importantly, the embroidery is better than I expected. The price point is fair as well. Great job. I hope to order more from Printiful.

Review of ebay

Bad experience!

I am writing in english because my German is very poor:
I bought a Ralph Lauren Polo via the German ebay, fair price; 50 Euro including postage to Denmark.
After a while I receive an email from Ebay, explaining that they think the seller are selling "not genuine" products. I'm researching on this and concluding that they are right, the product is a fake! Via ebay "KUNDENSERVICE" I'm in dialog with the seller, and after a while we agree that I can return the item and they will refund the money. So I'm returning the item. But the seller does NOT refund the money. I am telling ebay that the seller will not refund the money, but they just close the case - the case that they started! I've spent a lot of money and time on this case, anmd now I don't even have a fake Ralph Lauren polo...
I never had a chance to rate this seller on ebay, they have found a way to cheat the rating system, so they are getting fake VERY HIGH RATINGS.
I have bought at least 20 items on ebay (both the German and the English). But this was the last!

Review of bigcommerce

Tech Support Rocks, White Glove is lacking

We moved to Big Commerce from another platform and purchased the Platinum Package so we would get the White Glove implementation. It was terrible. They moved some files, but seemed mainly interested in having us sign off on their changes by checking a few items. It took weeks for us to get items fixed. Then, we would have weekly 45 minute consultations with their consultants, who seemed mainly interested in getting shipping and payment processing set up. The consultant who we were assigned to told us to call him when we were ready to launch. So we ignored him and spent our time talking with their fantastic tech support team, which spent as much time as we needed getting our site ready for launch. We paid a premium for a service that basically sucked and lucked out because Tech Support is awesome. We launched about a month ago and still have some growing pains. Sales are lower than on our previous platform, but the functionality on Big Commerce is much better, so we expect that sales will ultimately be higher here.

I like that I can manage my and my clients Facebook and web display ads all in one placeReview collected by and hosted on G2.com.There are some limitations when it comes to targeting, it's not the same as using Facebook or GoogleReview collected by and hosted on G2.com.We're able to see all our clients paid display ad campaigns in one place and quickly see what is and isn't working without the need to be across multiple platforms. We're also able to control the budget and set spend limits for the ads without worrying about going over budget but also knowing that the budget will be allocated depending on the performance of the ads. We're also easily able to see if our goals are being achieved and adjust our goals depending on the ad performance.

Potential seller feedbackIn good faith, I spent weeks searching for designs for my redbubble site - all with bone fide commercial licences. Then, after all my painstaking efforts, my account is, with no explaination, suspended. I did my best to stand up for myself but it was difficult because I could not identify what I had done wrong. Despite my appeal they refused to reinstate my site. I have now written directly to them telling them that they have been dismissive of me and treated me with very little respect. The least they could have done would have been to explain their decision in detail. I may be wrong, and stand to be corrected, but I think the decision is based on some kind of results gathered by an AI type programme or the like, rather than by a real person checking your items carefully. They give a list of three criteria you may have not adhered to, but once again it is all too vague and there seems to be no person evaluating your case. I don't trust the validity of their methods.When you are only doing your best to support your family, I think Redbubble should be more accountable for their actions and detail what their complaint is about. You are not even given a chance to change any of your listed items - I doubt all of my items were at fault. I honestly don't know what I have done wrong - as a retired ICU nursing assistant I now find myself basically blacklisted and treated like a 'criminal'. I, and others, deserve better than this.I would have put no stars but the system does not permit this. When companies treat you like this it makes you wonder how they would have treated my customers had my site been reinstated. Be wary, Redbubble is showing signs of basically being an unkind and insensitive company.

Wont exchange for different color

Won a VivoActive3 Mercedes Edition from our local dealership as a Golf Prize. Color exclusive for this dealership was WHITE. It is brand new... never out of the box and when I contacted Garmin Directly about a basic exchange to a color I would actually wear.. they said NO. Now what kind of company would prefer you to toss out one of their products because you wont wear the color... instead of a simple exchange to a color that would be worn and then be seen on a person... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Zero Door dash is the worst service I…

Door dash is the worst service I ordered an item for delivery , I saw the eta time 15 min later my order was cancelled and I was told I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days ! I think that’s horrible because what kind of service is this that cancels your order after stating the order will be delivered . I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN…. Who do you think you are to take my money and then make me wait when I needed my item today the inconvenience is on a high level the customers service agent's don’t speak clear English at all and are useless

cancelled delivery after three weeks of waiting

I had my laptop stolen mid june and ordered a new one directly from lenovos irish branch. I was informed that it would take 1-2 weeks to build and 3-6 days to ship. A bit of a wait but not unbareable. after about two weeks I hadn't received any information about my laptops shipment I sent them an e-mail to ask about it. I received the information that my laptop was scheduled to ship 3,5 weeks after I ordered it. Since this wasn't what I had expected I complain and the company does not explain the delay or say they are sorry. They simply state, that there is nothing to do about it. After three weeks of waiting the order was cancelled - the company no longer produce the computer, say they are sorry and offer 10 per cent off our next buy. Since I would actually like a laptop I don't feel like buying anything from them again and this is useless to me. I send them a formal complaint which obviously haven't been read - they simply reoffer the 10 per cent off.

Ipsos Mori sent me a survey through the post.First of all,the link they told me to click took me to a totally different website (luc) with no directions to the survey.Secondly,I downloaded their app, and it simply doesnt work!!....they sent me a mixed numeric-letter code but when I clicked on the field it only gave me the option of entering NUMERIC data(numbers!)...Your IT is utterly shambolic and isn’t fit for purpose.What a waste of time.

Terrible Service

The eBay simple delivery recommended a label, which then doesn't fit the dimensions of the package. Contacting customer support is pointless as they say they have passed the issue on to the correct team and you will get a response within 24 hours. That was 3 days ago. Have contacted them 3 times and every time they say "wait 24 hours" now dispatch is overdue and they say there will be a late dispatch defect which I will need to appeal as well?? You're better off using other selling platforms like vinted, gumtree, etc
