The hinge of my laptop came off on the 3rd of April and that's the day I made a request for service. Today is 27th April and no progress has been made. The service is extremely poor. I would think that to go a local reliable vendor for service would be better. There is not a single day I have not followed up with them about the progress. I have written them emails everyday, asked for a contact of a supervisor but nothing has helped. Extremely inefficient service. I'll never buy or recommend an HP product anymore. I wish there very minus stars and I think that's what they deserve.

More than a week after placing my order for inkt cartridges

More than a week after placing my order, I still hadn't received the ink cartridges. When I reached out via the chat, I was told that a mistake had been made and that I would be informed by email about the delivery. But instead, I unexpectedly received two boxes of ink cartridges instead of one.What should have been a simple order turned into a needlessly time-consuming process. First, I had to follow up to find out where my order was. Then I received a double shipment. And now, I’m being asked to let HP know by email whether I want to keep the extra cartridges or return them.I’ve decided to go with option 2: "Send the extra item(s) back to us and we’ll cover all return shipping costs – free of charge to you."But that means I now have to deal with a return process as well, which again takes up extra time.As a loyal customer — I even bought a computer from HP last year — I can’t help but notice how much the service has declined. I was also shocked by the number of negative reviews I came across online.Another thing that surprised me is the way customers are addressed in Dutch communication. They translate theire language in Dutch with a lot of mistakes.

Subscription Scammers - stay away !

"We do not currently have the ability to process cancellations online..." they say.Yet this is a very very easy thing to do - easier than taking payments actually. The Economist doesn't allow you to cancel online because they want to scam you out of your money by making that process unnecessarily opaque and difficult. I really don't care about the content when the purveyor behaves in such an unethical manner.

Google search's new AI is absolutely horrible!!!

I have used and loved Google search for countless years. Very recently, Google has added an absolutely horrible AI search, and I have tried everything to get rid of this unwanted, unrequested, horrible AI search for my Windows 10 laptop, and none of the instructions I have found have helped. Please, someone, give me clear instructions on how to delete this! I have searched and searched for instructions, but nothing makes sense - for example, I've been told to open a Google document (but I have no idea how to do that) and jump through five hoops to get rid of this unwanted, unwelcome, crappy AI search.

ASUS IS GREEDY COMPANY.Any Brand erupts from its service when device breaks down…. if company is gonna get greedy and start fooling around then I guess it will be shown doors by consumer…. same is happening with ASUS.BEFORE YOU INVEST IN ASUS CONSIDER READING THIS!!For Asus it’s not always nice nice for everyone, you will know it all once it enters RMA!!My Amazon bought Zenfone is mere 5 months old and I was at my first time at so called ASUS Authorized service centre in Pune and guess what I was straight away denied any service for my device Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML (Silver, 128GB) even when it is well within warranty period.Service staff claims motherboard is shorted due to entering of liquid but my naked eye couldn’t figure out any sign of liquid whatsoever.I repeatedly told them that device was nowhere near any liquid source but they said it can’t be covered under warranty and they don’t do chip level repair work.... so if I need to get it replaced then I will have to bear a expense of Rs 18000/- +Can you beat that...? A straight blow for purchasing ASUS ZENFONE.... THEY ARE JUST SQUEEZING MONEY OUT OF EVERY CONSUMER POCKET AT ANY CONNER OF THE WORLD.... what a mistake indeed,, an annoying experience! why would anyone invest so much of their hard earned money when device manufacturer ASUS with retailer and outsourced service partner are cheating fooling people in name of warranty.... which I see don’t even exists!!Also lately I have discovered lakh’s of consumers outcry against how ASUS along with retailers are doing warranty fraud cheating fooling buyers by selling used, damaged, repaired devices in the market claiming new.Whatever might be the fault in device or product,, it’s utter duty as a manufacturer to get the device up and running without any questions been asked …. as consumer gathered all courage to trust you and invested hard earned money in your product... but instead this people are asking money from customer when product is clearly under warranty.This is how greedy ASUS along with retailers and outsourced service partners are cheating fooling people hence minting billions millions!!I rate this so called authorized ASUS repair centre’s with very incompetent zero skilled staff... a big ZERO!!In this high pace 21st century cost effective era where most companies moving on SMD, chip level, BGA repair re-work,, greedy ASUS busy minting money easy way by replacing everything.I have used Smartphone brands like Acer, Motorola, Samsung, Xiaomi and LG and in two instances I had motherboard failures one with LG which they replaced and another with ACER they got it repaired,, all under warranty.Company will only rise with an efficient level of management, support, service hence making room in buyers mind!Anyhow I will try and reach every single corner of this huge internet cloud and my personal social network... if I am able to deter even a mouthful amount of people from purchasing ASUS then I will consider it as a small compensation for my loss and saving those from been felt cheated fooled by ASUS in future.***FOR USE N THROW THERE ARE PLENTY CHEAPER OPTIONS.... On May 8, 2024 I booked a 2 bedroom apartment in Brooklyn for a 31 day stay. The cost of the stay was over $5800. A lot of money, but much less than a hotel. I arrived as scheduled on May 18, 2024, and found the entire apartment building was under construction.I called VRBO customer support and explained the situation and provided pictures. Customer service was apologetic, and they promised that the rebooking team would call back within 15 minutes to reschedule my stay. Since VRBO has a "Book with Confidence Guarantee", I was not worried.The rebooking team never called me. Ever.Over the next few days, I called VRBO dozens of times. In total, I was on hold for over six hours. I was hung up on several times. No customer service representative could contact the rebooking team. I later learned that the rebooking team doesn't exist!VRBO has endless levels of non-existent customer service teams, including the "Rebooking Team", the "Guarantee Team", the "Specialized Department", and the "Executive Customer Relations Team". None of these teams have phone numbers or specific email addresses, and last names are never provided to avoid traceability (also, I really doubt the India-based call center folks really have names like Steve and Jessica anyway...)One of the call center workers was kind enough to tell me that there is no way for a VRBO customer service representative to contact any of these teams. They cannot be called on the phone. First-tier customer service personnel can ONLY email them and tell the customer that they'll be called within 24 hours. However, the call to the customer never happens - because the teams don't exist.I only got a call from VRBO when I blew up social media, called and emailed VRBO and Expedia executives directly, sent VRBO screen captures of my conversations with NYC NBC Channel 4, and threatened to call police.The Book with Confidence Guarantee is WORTHLESS.I was booked into a property that was completely closed for construction.The guarantee states:We may offer to rebook the Protected Traveler at another property advertised on a HomeAway Site, if a substantially similar property is available for the same period and under a new reservation.VRBO DOESN'T DO THIS. SIMILAR PROPERTIES EXISTED AND VRBO REFUSED TO REBOOK ME.They do not work to find you another property. All they do is tell you to find another one, book it yourself, and then wait for the refund for your original property. They assume everyone has funds to book another property.Imagine saving for your vacation, and then having to book another stay at the last second at a higher price.VRBO IS SIMPLY A BOOKING PLATFORM. ALL THEY DO IS PUBLISH LISTINGS AND PROCESS PAYMENTS. AFTER THAT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND THE GUARANTEE IS NOT HONORED.DO NOT BOOK WITH VRBO. They don't care about you.I only got my refund when I called and emailed every VRBO executive I could find.

If I could give 0 I would.Booked a property (paid in full) owner whatsapped me 2 days later to say price was incorrect and it should be DOUBLE, either I pay or they cancel. The renter cancelled and I lost £100 because they refunded an Euro amount and I paid in Pounds... customer support team doesnt care/doesnt know how to resolve.Avoid this company at all costs, you will lose your money and have no way of getting it back

I used to be incredibly unorganised

I used to be incredibly unorganised, writing meaningless words on scraps of paper, or using various notes apps, and a friend recommended Todoist... and now it's used by everyone at Healthy Stuff! This simple app is on my phone, computer and tablet and is used for those little jobs you'd forget (like to send an email tomorrow) to the big, reoccurring projects that whole teams work on. The best bit is that it's so automated in its thinking. If I type 'Every Friday', or 'by Wednesday' or 'in a week', it'll pick that up and create a reminder for that day. I now use it for every work project I have, and also now use it for my personal life, to pay bills, remember birthdays and even water certain plants! 🌿Thanks, Todoist team for creating an easy-to-use app that's fully accessible everywhere!

I find you can't give a real locations…

I find you can't give a real locations of your area. When you try to change what area they gave you you can't change it or specify what region you would like to check.When you give them a rescue or shelter and find nothing there that your looking for they automatically give you another area that is quite far from where you live ( hundred of miles away). I feel sorry for those that use them to show the pets they are trying to find homes for.
