Please dont waste your time dealing with microsoft. impossible to speak with anyone and impossible to try and raise a return of product to them if its faulty etc. they spruik great warranty and ease of returns online but if you go to claim any of these things, good luck.Ive lodged a dispute with my card providor and fair trading

As long as you don't need customer service it's fine. Sadly, if you do it's a nightmare. The CS people don't speak English well enough to understand you, so you have to change how you explain until, hopefully they do. Then of course you have to try and figure out what they're telling you for options.We've been hit by a hurricane and have no Internet. I need not to be throttled down so I can keep my job. But upgrading my plan to unlimited won't help because it's another 10 days before it'll take affect. They will let me pay 10 gig till then so hundreds of dollars more to my bill. Instead of an additional 55 to upgrade. Thanks for nothing.

Why are Garmin selling watches in stores that don’t hold the products? Then, your not allowed to open the product to see if it fits, if it’s gonna be to big or to small. Very poor customer service. If you can, stay away from Garmin

Been a customer for over 3 years. When I had problems with my account, it took many emails and 5 days before I got help. I answered the questions I received and in response I received a new e-mail with the same questions.I have made the complaints with no response.

Would freeze and not resolve. I contacted tech support for three days asking for help and received no response and no help. For an annual fee of $118. i expect more! don't waste your time with this app like i did!

Review of lenovo

Lenovo Yoga 9i Laptop

Lenovo Yoga 9i Laptop, very expensive, was excited to have such a high powered fancy laptop, within the first month it started glitching (blacking out screen) got it repaired (customer service terrible). Returned it to me with different issues, had to send it back. They replaced essential every major component in the laptop. 6 months later just as my warranty runs out the screen (the only component they didn't replace) dies. Terrible, overpriced glitchy product. How did it get produced, I've heard many other people having similar glitches/manufacturing issues. Repair costs now out of warranty cost the same as a new laptop. Ridiculous. How they can get away with selling such a bad product is unbelievable.

Review of lastpass

Like many others

Like many others, I wasn't given the oppurtunity (through a Lastpass email stating that they noticed I didn't have much in a way of a backup to my password such as facial recog/finger print, etc and now, after about 8 years, or so, I can't get in EVEN THOUGH I was already logged in but didn't remember the password. Although I had written it down, again, like most people, I ended up losing the pw through many attempts to find it. I tried everything including an attempt to revert to my old password which didn't work. and THEN after that suggestion, they have in their notes that if you deleted the cache (which is exactly what they suggested doing IN THE STEP BEFORE) now you have no recourse at all??? seriously? No way to contact support at all. Like many others, I do not plan on letting this occur again so will look for a new company today. I will have to recreate a couple of hundred passwords now. My fault in part but also Lastpass.

I do know how to begin to write how rude this man was to us. His mistake, despite repeatedly trying to get the correct pickup point, I was told the night before it was at my hotel. when nobody showed we asked, via the app for a phone number, our hotel rang and the receptionist was told there was a mixup of hotel, which was rubbish as the name was written back to me. Anyway we proceeded on foot to the new location, which by 1 minute we walked too far, I then rang Marcello only to be shouted at repeatedly, he didn’t stop there, when we got in the van and for considerable time after he continued to shout and blame us for his and his company’s mistakes. Completely spoilt the whole tour and waisted our money, never would i recommend him or his company’s, if that is their choice of guide. Disgusting behaviour. I am a 70 year old woman, I did not deserve to be disrespected.

I turned up and hour and a half early…

I turned up and hour and a half early for my tour by uber to the address given. The pictures online looked different to where I was. I asked multiple locals and traffic police nobody could show me where the meeting point was. If locals don't know where it is what chance do non locals have. I tried to phone them in plenty of time couldn't get through. They didn't phone me just sent a whats app. As I am abroad I don't have Internet on the go so only received messages after. They are saying they wont refund even though I made every attempt to be there. I had another few tours booked with them which I will be cancelling if this issue is not resolved. Not impressed with the service at all. Especially after the effort I had put in to be there. First day new country spoiled experience.Even though they are in contact with me now. Being requested for repeated information. They have no log of a booking I have confirmation for tomorrow. Dont want to be spending my holiday in a back and forth with a company who I now don't trust. Awaiting a response from yourselves after emailing you as requested

Review of elementor

I regret trusting and using Elementor because of their Poor after sales service

If you must use Elementor for personal websites it’s ok but if you use it for business you’ll be in trouble with your client because elementor customer service will give you excuses instead of solutions partly because they have to lie to the customer because they won’t tell the customer every Elementor update is like a Russian Roulette and may result in creating new incompatibility with other Wordpress plugins and their poor customer service agents are forced to lie to the customers telling them the root cause of their persistent plugin issues is elsewhere! This year I will not extend my contract with Elementor! This plugin is good for fun but not in a professional capacity yet! And also it’s not a logical request to ask your customer to approach 5 different theme providers and ask them to make their themes compatible with your plugin every time elementor releases an update!!!! Edit: whilst we appreciate your attempt at responding to our concerns and objections, we only wish to receive a refund as this situation is an unfair one! We have paid for a failed / faulty product So your apology is only polite but does not solve the problem!

Review of dell

Dell steals your money on tradeins

I traded in my laptop when I purchased a new one. I was quoted $273 as my trade in value based on the criteria set by Dell - battery holds a charge, normal wear and tear, device boots up. All of these criteria were met. They held my trade in past the time I was promised my money and only sent me $75. They stated the battery was dead. Well that is obvious when you held the laptop for weeks without processing it. They also stated it was damaged in transit. I handed the laptop to a Fedex customer service agent who stated it was in excellent condition when they took it. When I spoke to someone in customer service who was researching this, he called back and left a message stating they would process the remainder of the tradein credit. I never received it. Dell will not provide me a ticket number to request followup on this. Everyone who has started to help me disappears after about 3 weeks of communication. This has been dragging on for a year and I want the money that I am owed for a device they have essentially stolen from me. I also reached out to the Better Business Bureau and Dell refused to cooperate. They kept throwing out different excuses and never fulfilled their obligation to pay me for an asset of mine.

you cannot be honest on instagram,cannot have free speach of any kind, it will offend someone at instagram,not in the video comments :))) also they do let "content creators" to show their body up, head to toes but a comment can lead to have your account removed :))) what a joke
