It's a scamI bought a subscription and split the payment in 12 installments. The subscription was renewed without my consent, with full price, charged upfront.Their page will not allow you to request a refund even if you request it on the same day.Imagine being a student having a 350 bill fall on your lap overnight.It's an unscrupulous company and I will write to every education institution in their catalog to avoid being associated with them.

You can't cancel if the host doesn't respond

Good luck cancelling if you have an unresponsive host. It has been 40 days since I contacted Vrbo to cancel a reservation and refund a service fee for a reservation that has not been confirmed by the host. They refuse to refund the service fee until the host responds. I'm well within the cancellation policy and have made other arrangements for my travel weeks ago. Their customer service team is not helpful. If the host does not confirm your reservation you cannot use the cancel booking option, you must speak with a customer service representative who will "try to contact the host". If the host hasn't responded in 40 days, they aren't responding. It is ridiculous. My first and last time trying to book with vrbo.

Absolutely Horrible

Absolutely Horrible! With a capital H! This department should just get rid of everyone and start over, these people absolutely do not give a damn about Veterans in fact I think they do things to contribute to the Veterans suicide pandemic. I was given a rating of 100% because of my disabilities which prevent me from working full time. This continued for about a year, I was finally able to afford living and was able to just make it. They then decided to pull the 100% and move me to 90% for no apparent reason. They then sent me paperwork stating that they may have made a mistake and are looking into it. Now before I go on I need to say the difference between 90% and 100% is over 2k a month. So a YEAR later I’m still waiting for someone to tell me what the hell is going on and if they corrected the mistake. Nothing! The people that you can call have absolutely no idea why this happened and can’t give me any sort of date of when this will be looked at. Now here is the real reason why I’m upset, In the YEAR that it’s taken so far, I lost my house! My credit score went from perfect to absolutely horrible, I had to file bankruptcy and am now being chased by the IRS for back taxes. I have 3 young children whom I had to uproot because of these incompetent fools. I also had to start taking more meds because trying to work full time with my disabilities is absolutely horrible. My VA doctors are infuriated that this happened. This department should be ashamed of themselves but they aren’t because they don’t give a crap about Veterans at all! 0 stars from me. Ridiculous!!!

Paid 300$ for a job listing, cancelled the renewal 25 days later, got a new bill for 300$ today, it renews even though the job listing was archived. Turns out we've paid for a "job spot", all we did was cancel the job listing but not the job spot

Not sure how I feel about Wordfence only allowing a very important Elementor Pro security patch to work for free users after 30 days. By that point the infection could be potentially widespread. What's up with this 30 day rubbish? Why not protect people instantly? Because of greed, that's why.

My Etsy shop account was suspended in December 2024 without any explanation. I have never violated any policies or engaged in unlawful activities. My shop name , mucreativesolutions , was successful and consistently earned the Star Seller badge every month.However, following the device verification update, my account was suddenly suspended, and I have been unable to log in since then. I cannot access the Help Center or any support channels. The only option available to me is to submit an appeal once every 15 days, which has so far yielded no results.What is most disheartening is the complete lack of communication from Etsy regarding the reason for the suspension. It seems evident that this may be a technical or algorithmic issue, potentially caused by an error in your AI-based detection systems.This is the third technical issue I have encountered within the same year. Has the most frustrating experience with outlook mail. Receiving 200+ junk mail everyday. Tried to block off the same sender-and report to Microsoft but still receiving them. Everyday spent half a day just to block and reporting junk mails to Microsoft but absolute nothing they have done to improve the service.
