I recently paid for ads in my WhatsApp…

I recently paid for ads in my WhatsApp and later it was paid to Facebook. However, when I did that they blocked my WhatsApp saying I violated community policies. Ok that is fine, but then refund my money? I tried to request for a refund of my money and I was completely ignored and frustrated. Facebook II at the moment stole my paid money and they did not even notify me. I need my money back I do not want WhatsApp at all it is now useless to me but refund my money please.

Buzzsprout made it so easy for someone who has zero experience with anything to do with starting and running a podcast. Now I'm coming up on a year with almost 20 episodes published. I couldn't be happier that I chose buzz sprout.

Absolutely appalling and worst company…

Absolutely appalling and worst company to work with. Paid 3K to pay off all our phones so we could switch carriers and keep our numbers because they told us thats what I had to do to keep our number. Phone is still carrier locked and cant transfer our numbers despite following their directions. Not to mention its overpriced and the custom service is horrible. Online customer support takes so long to talk to someone and I spent 4 hours on the phone with multiple customer service people just to get absolutely NO help.

Sadly Amazon standards have slipped lower recently 😪 Recently I ordered Moov Ayurvedic spray for neuropathy pain due to stroke.The item was supposed to 80grms 3 Pack..only 2 in the pack arrived.Customer care issued a voucher to reorder again but the seller refused to process the order!It seems it's certain "items" of Indian or Pakistan origin..So frustrating.There was a long conversation with the seller POUND VEG.Pound veg was unhappy with the voucher refund and never sent my Moove spray on the reorder.I have therefore after many angry exchanges decided to search for other products for my nerve pain.Very dis appointing.I could proceed to false advertising.

I have been using McAfee for both my laptop and my cellphone, for a very long time, and I had the worse customer support ever back in November or December of 2021. I won't renew after this subscription. I had my intelligence insulted by a woman who was suppose to provide customer support, but she was extremely rude. I will use another anti-virus service, because their support sucks. I'm also gonna make sure that my family and friends are aware of my personal experience, in the event that if they're using this service, they won't be surprised if it happens to them too.

Best Buy next day delivery scam

Best Buy, at on line order site, stated at 10 am 10-24-24 that if I ordered within 2 hrs and 47 minutes I would receive the order the next day. The order listed no caveats about possible shipping delays. Best Buy site says you can only cancel within 30 minutes however Best Buy did not call for pick up with Fed Ex until 6:02PM 10-24-24 (8 hours after I ordered) which was too late for a pick up 10-24-24.At 3:07 AM 10-25-24 I received a notice that order was delayed an items typically pick up within 24-48 hours and it could take up to a week or I may never get it. This is contrary to what was stated at the time of the order. I immediately contacted them to cancel as the only reason I ordered from them was next day delivery. They said I couldn't cancel and if I returned the item, whenever I happened to receive it, there could be a restocking fee. I can't cancel for a product they did not ship, but said they would, and if I dare return it I could be charged a restocking fee.This is a scam in my opinion.

Very poor customer service by Agoda

Very poor customer service by Agoda. I was having problem in checking in to the booked hotel. Actually the hotelier could not provide us rooms due to unavailability and asking to adjust in a room in very poor condition. I asked him to cancel the booking and refund me. But he denied and said to contact Agoda. Then Agoda also did not respond to my call at customer support number.

Impossible to deal with this company

I don't normally use this type of forum to complain about companies as I'd rather complain to them directly. But Agoda is too much. I booked a flight for my mother but did not notice that my phone's autocorrect changed her name. This sent me down a rabbit hole of emails, calls, speaking to a different person each time, just to get the name amended. Not only did it take 2 weeks to even get a price for the amendment, they sent the price change by email and gave me 2 hours to respond. By the time I finished work and checked my email several hours later, they said it was no longer valid and they had to repeat the process. This went on for at least another week without any way for me to know when they were going to email (sometimes during my night time), and then to be able to reply within the 2 hour timeframe.When I finally managed to get the price and made my payment, I then never got any email back to say it was done. Every time I sent an email inquiry, I would get a system generated email back saying I needed to pay for the change (which I already had). Anyway it's been three weeks on and the name change hasn't been done yet, and everyday they tell me, oops the fare has gone up again and you need to pay more. This is the second time in as many months that I've been stuck with Agpda's rubbish service. Never again. I have never had the same issues with Expedia or booking.com.

Heard of Coronavirus - WSJ is the virus. The only way to cancel a subscription is online. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. In the digital version you cannot turn off your auto subscribe - only they can after you have to call in. Then you will wait for over 80 minutes for an operator. WHAT A SCAM IN TODAYS WORLD. I repeat - heard of Coronavirus - WSJ is the virus - taking money from people without transparency. Then they send an email saying your autosubscribe is turned off and your subscription will expire at the end of your current subscription term. EXCEPT they won't tell you that date. This is beyond irresponsible and abhorrent.

Poor Car Parking badges

The Car Parking badges sent out by the National Trust this year are very poor quality. They just will not stick on one's windscreen. I've had to buy a plastic holder for mine and our friends had to rescue their's from the vacuum cleaner after it had fallen off and got swept up.

Worst blood lab ever

For an organization that says it is proud of the quality of its care, and which charges accordingly, they have absolutely the worst blood lab I've ever seen. As bad as it was 2 months ago, it is even worse now. Whoever manages this debacle should be fired. Now.We were told yesterday the wait would be an hour from the appointment time and to go to the next appointment on our list and come back. We were back in 30 minutes but only then did they put us in the queue. And hour and 15 minutes later we still hadn't been called. We left.At least 2 of the 3 or 4 phlebotomists were acting very inappropriately, like a night at the comedy club while at least 50 people were waiting. The check-in staff is not the least bit helpful but I suppose they can't be blamed much. They must be sick of it, too. To make matters worse, the schedulers don't consider the ridiculous wait times so patients' choices are to sit there and miss other appointments or to keep those appointments and blow off the blood work. The problem with that though is that Mayo refuses to let patients have blood work done somewhere else.To be clear...this is not a walk-in lab. It is by appointment only and by 10 a.m. or earlier the back-up and wait times are horrible. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this self-created mess.The management should be kicked to the curb and, until this is fixed, scheduling should be adjusted accordingly. I can't believe whoever leads the scheduling group hasn't done so already. That's probably another manager who should be sent packing.Last but not least, if you don't have a big nest egg, go someplace else. Unlike most other clinics, they do not accept Insurance providers' standard payments. Another visit or two and we will have to start paying our balance by credit card and then paying outrageous interest on that balance.

I am done with Kroger

I am done with Kroger. The prices are outrageous. I have shopped there for over 20 years. Found that other stores offer lower prices and better quality meats and produce. Just today I was sucked into a sale price of Russet potatoes from Kroger. Got the bag home and LITERALLY half the potatoes were rottting, I wanted to take the potatoes back but realized that after I wasted the time at customer service it wouldn't even be worth it. It is worth it for me to drive a few extra miles to another store just to know what I can bring home I can eat off of for a week. Please get rid of the "Play-doh characters on their commercials. It's rather insulting.

Why I'm leaving AVG

I used to like AVG a LOT!!! But then you switch the selling mode. Since that time I've been double billed for a bunch of programs, It's my on fault, because I believed blankly when I run certain AVG programs and, at the end you ask whether I want to have a given "error" resolved, tell me that to do that I have to buy the solution. The, when I go back and check my account, I find hat I have PAID TWICE, because the solution program is on my machine ALREADY!!!! Feel free to check my payment history and you'll see that I'm right. Well, I certainly am NOT a "gimme" guy or a Shlock. But your way of doing business is not what I call fair practice. So as a result Im' going to let my subscriptions run out and replace them with someone else who might not be as good, but whose programs AND bossiness practises I can subscribe too. Bought three Blink doorbells. All three quit working 18 months after purchase and 6 months into the next annual subscription for which we paid in full. We were told the cameras are out of warranty. Don’t buy a link. It’s junk, and Amazon does not stand behind its products.
