I have been a customer for decades. Amex used to have the best customer service in the industry. Now it’s the worst. I’m in a dispute with an online company with highly dubious tactics and tens of thousands of complaints with BBB and AmEx has chosen to take the word of this sham business over mine. The customer service representative from the fraud unit even claimed that the business in question is used by himself and AmEx. That could explain a lot. I’m paying my card off and ending my decades long relationship with AmEx asap.

They don't let you contact with vendors anymore. They take your money and hire someone to do the work for you. Their booking department tell you free cancellation, but charge you $15 fee. The answer is I canceled within 24 hours, but no salesman told me that. They also said if contractor change more than amount you already paid you can cancel booking and owe nothing. That’s all lies. HomeAdvisor is scam, rip you off. Don't hire them.

I am appalled by Google’s recent decision to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America” in their Maps app, following the executive order from Donald Trump. This action is not only factually incorrect but also reflects a disturbing alignment with divisive political agendas. The Gulf of Mexico has been recognized by its name for centuries, and altering it disregards historical and cultural significance. By going along with this executive order, Google undermines its credibility as a provider of accurate information. I find this move petty, nationalistic, and offensive. As a result, I will be deleting the Google Maps app and ceasing my use of all Google services, as it is clear they propagate such misinformation. I urge others to consider the implications of this change and to seek alternative platforms that respect historical accuracy and cultural heritage.

Etsy suspended my long standing shop back in March, with no information as of what guidelines we broke. We submitted an official appeal and was told we would hear whether it was accepted or not within two weeks, Now its been more that 8 weeks and not a single reply, we have contacted Etsy multiple times and have been completely ignored.If your'e a new business, I would highly reccomend selling with notonthehighstreet, wayfair, the range marketplace, amazonhandmade and onbuy, which all have amazing customer service, often have been results than etsy, and genuinely care about you as a shop owner. Avoid Etsy, its overcrowded and not worth the hassle
