Yelp is not allowing my customers to leave reviews. I am a new business and every review is important. 3 of my customers have left 5 star reviews, but Yelp categorizes them as "not recommended" and has taken them offline for other people to see.

Wrong item purchased, food was left outside in my driveway, nowhere near my door and I had asked to have my groceries handed to me. And no notice to let me know that it was delivered. This isn't the first time this has happened. It's a handy service when you're not feeling well but they sure need better workers.

I ordered two accent tables. Bed Bath & Beyond has the worst fulfillment I have ever seen. I received the first table. When I opened the box, the table was packed with a single layer of styrofoam on the bottom of the box and the table top was wrapped with a single strip of paper. It bounced around in shipment and the table top was broken. When I contacted them to return it, customer service wanted pictures of the item and the box. It was obvious they wanted to blame UPS.I just received the second accent table and it was packaged in exactly the same manner. The table was dirty and very scratched up. Their poor shipment practices are obviously systematic. Last time I ever do business with this company.

Appalling customer service. I paid for clothes for my nieces birthday including gift box and card. Received items but no gift box. Messaged on line chat to be told investigating ??? Ridiculous what's the point of customer service representative that does nothing but writes a report ?? I just want a refund as now I have to go and buy a gift box now hard is that to understand.Shocking truely shocking will stick to buying in store from now on.

I am sure this is a great product (Harmony Elite Remote) but it didnt do what I needed it to so I needed to return it. I have been in return HELL trying to get a shipping label to return. It has been over a month, I have called back 5 times. They have an email system that claims you can email them right back, but they never respond. I am literally exasperated trying to return this remote! If there is a comparable product out there, I would consider going with that company instead, given the risk associated with a return process is THAT bad.

Bought a product almost 2 years ago with 2 year warranty and about 6 months ago it went wrong and did not work as it was meant too. After being sent round Logitech’s useless support system. Being approved for a replacement then saying there was something wrong. Then being told to go back to the retailer. Finally a month after I thought it was all over and getting no more emails from them, I got a reply saying they shipped my replacement product. It arrived quickly and now all is ok.

Wish I checked reviews first. Placed an order which was accepted and my money was taken, and then radio silence. The delivery window within a week comes and goes and not a peep about whether it had even been made ready for shipping. Then I requested a cancellation and the window for an update on that has now come and gone and nothing. So they've robbed me of 50 quid. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

We took the 12-hour tour to Transylvania and the castles of Pelles and Bran. This tour was the best day in Romania for us. Our guide Otilia is a smart and charming lady who knew how to "move" and make our tour comfortable and interesting.The bus was ok and the driver pace was a little fast to deliver us on time.
