Review of surveygizmo
I can't believe that surveygizmo.com has no Trustpilot reviews yet! It's a modern-looking online survey designer/manager.It was very easy to use first time without need to lookup anything. Just intuitive. There is a basic free version (good enough for me) and paid plans to get more features.
Review of smallpdf
I tried using smallpdf and did not intend to buy a one-year subscription. They had something hidden in terms and conditions, and I accepted them. I asked the support, telling them I was not using the tool. And I want a refund for the remaining period, but all they reply is this:I can confirm that we won't be moving forward with your refund request. Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our customers and accepting the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory step for any type of account creation. The businesses are here to support the customers and help them even if they are on mistake. But smallpdf has given me really bad experience by charging me $150cad for the service that I don't use. I will suggest other guys to use alternatives of smallpdf without hidden agreements for payments.
Review of Shopify
I fell for one of the multiple build you a shopify store for cheap and you will be making money in no time social media ads. I wanted to sell electronics. What I got was second rate dollar store. Not shopifys fault, but they did as little as possible to get me to a place where I could start over. I am in the process of taking down my store again, because every app I get or want to get isn't on shopify anymore and what is either mostly garbage or way overpriced and doesn't do what they claim it will do. If shopify offered one on one for an hour with noobs they might have a chance at getting a store that is actually plausible. Instead they just send links to you with crappy screenshots. The one bright spot I found was Max, he knew his stuff, but I still couldn't get it on my end. I have so many basic questions, that when answered would lead to the next question and finally understanding of the shopify builder. Thats if I could actually talk to someone in real time I would have a chance to make it work. Instead I'm stuck with garbage store, a brand-new laptop I have no use for now, no money and stress through the roof. Shopify isn't worth the effort.I bought my original store back in late Feb or early March to give you an idea of how long this has been going on.Oh and that chat bot they make you use before you can talk to human needs to delete itself.I fully expect to find my store canceled when shopify finds this.

Review of moz
For Local SEO you cannot find a more valuable option than MOZ Local Seo period, full stop. Robust, engaging, graphic, connected - everything you need. But the best part is CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They give A+ attention to the smallest client, not just the giants. Outstanding support. Great product. Excellent value.

Review of kayak
Non refundable bookings (NO MATTER WHAT)I booked a car from Europcars through kayak. thing is, when i filled out a form for booking a car, there was no age field. i paid in advance and when i went to the Europcar office to get the car, they check my passport, see my age and say that they have a policy that doesn't allow them to rent a car to anyone under 21. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THAT ON KAYAK. Europcars said to contact Kayak, because the booking is done through them they can't refund, Otherwise they would. Kayak on the other hand has a strict no return policy even though i got this problem because of them. Don't bother booking a car through kayak, avoid the problems and just go ahead and book directly through rental offices.
