I have wanted to cancel my plan for the past year but there has always been a massive cancellation fee so this time I made sure to put a reminder when the plan is to renew so I can cancel before it does which was OCT 4 and as I was about to cancel they charged the monthly charges again, this arrangement is extremely frustrating on how there is no cancellation without incurring charges. very disappointing and frustrating.

Review of venmo
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! DO NOT use! I sent funds to the wrong person and they want the address and phone number of the person I was supposed to send to... which I don’t have. They wont help me if I don’t have that information, nor will they help to reverse the payment that was sent to the wrong person. I don’t have the phone number of the other person or email address, just their Venmo username. Why do they need info on the person i was trying to send? What matters is the person the money was incorrectly sent. However it is their protocol. They told me they can’t help, So now I have lost my $50 and they won’t help. Poor customer experience and absolutely no support, 12 hour delays in response from support. Talk about stealing and a scam. Don’t use.

There is absolutely no support and there system is flawed. In a project it asked for zip file no where did it say submit pdf. and the my reviewer replied they could not review because i needed a pdf. It wasted valuable time in my course which i paid for the month. Also in the classroom the quizzes were incorrect and looked as if in testing phases. It has been two days and i have no been able to talk to a representative. Im so disappointed i had high hopes but after dealing with them im so upset. STAY FAR WAY FROM THE PROGRAM THEY DO EVERYTHING THAT CAN TO DELAY YOU.

Review of tripadvisor
I run a cooking school listed on Tripadvisor as an experience. Somehow the experience needs to be managed on a platform run by a sister company Viator. Guests book on the Viator or other connected platforms snd receive a confirmation from Viator by email. But their confirmation system is not linked to their product descriptions and if I change the details of my product the changes I make are not automatically reflected in the confirmations they send to guests. Examples - continuing to send guests to the wrong location after we moved and updated all details to the new location - offering guests a free pickup service when we had withdrawn the offer more than a year previously. We found out when guests accused us of cheating. In both cases I I have requested copies of the confirmations that that they send to guests so I can validate the information. The answer comes back that the confirmations contain confidential guest info (Clearly it’s to hard to delete or mask that)It takes forever to get customer service (supplier support) with the annoying recorded nasal voice telling you that by continuing on the phonecall you agree to their terms and conditions, as if you had a choice. When you get to the Manila call centre, their staff are trained in paraphrasing your question and not letting you correct their when they are wrong in their statements. And they don’t have authority to do anything and must pass on the details of your question or complaint. But the worst bit is the convoluted corporate structure they have which means it’s never clear if TripAdvisor or Viator are responsible. One point last year they did not pay me for 6 consecutive months for my bookings because they could not correctly route a payment to a bank in Hong Kong.

Review of songkick
I bought a concert ticket though songkick, who then stated that it was postponed (i assumed because of covid). However the gig was not postponed, songkick just displayed the wrong information. They admitted to this when i contacted customer care but refused to give me a refund even though on the artists' website it said that the whole tour was 'powered by songkick'. Very poor service
Review of kroger
As a senior citizen I enjoy shopping at Krogers' for the in store deals. It means a lot when you are stretching a budget. But today I was informed the manager of the Kroger in Garden City, S.C. will no longer offer woohoo frozen food deals. It is her right to do so, but it will send me and my monthly budget to a competitor. Too bad, I like Kroger but I like deals better.BR

Review of dropbox
One of those programs that thinks it knows more about what you want than you do. It my case it starting uploading files to dropbox uninvited and tried to download thousands of files to my PC without even telling me (let alone asking). Options seem to be deliberately hidden within the menu structure (completely unintuitive) and there is no useful documentation. Then when I wanted it to stop uploading unwanted files to dropbox I had to contact three people (over two hours) via their support program before I found somebody who knew how to do it - and it was just check a box through the ridiculous menu system. Avoid!
