Beware if you are seeking a refund. Don't count on it. AT&T will not issue me refunds after the account was canceled in 2021. They continued to make automatic withdrawals from my account. I called them 1/4/2024 after discovering the withdrawals. Fortunately, I had the receipt for when I returned the equipment. I was told I didn't cancel my account. Question to them: How would I know where to return the equipment, and why would I continue my account if I no longer had a way to watch?A representative was very helpful in filing a dispute citing "service rep error" in cancellation. Then, on 1/18/2024, there was another automatic withdrawal of $210.40. I called 1/30/2024 to inquire about the outcome of my claim and recent withdrawal on 1/18/2024. I was told my account showed it was canceled on 1/5/2024, and it's too late for me to get this refund.I was told that after being transferred to various departments, I would need to contact my bank and have them do a fraudulent claim for all withdrawals, including the most recent. I called back the following day to ask about the dates of withdrawals from 1/2022 and 2021. I could access most of the information from my bank account but wanted clarification that I could not access from my AT&T account. I was told they do not have that information. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed that they refused to publish a review of a vacation rental operator who cheated us out of almost 800 euros by renting an unsanitary villa in Portugal and when I reviewed the Company on Trust Pilot and the rental company reported my review as defamatory because they were afraid of it being published, TrustPilot also shut me down. Can't trust any reviews on TrustPilot as they are filtered and do not reflect reality as told by the reviewers.

It is awesome! Many options, cool animations, very little effort to get an awesome survey running! Make your survey look professional, hard to make, something that should be answered just to reward the effort!
Downsides: It wants so much to turn you pro, that it forgets about seducing, and about people who can't be pro yet... So many cool things, I just wish i could use them in one form for free, even one single time, or once on every n days/months, or even view results only if # of replies is reached... I feel like that meme dog with the cupcakes...

I took out a digital free trial subscription which ended up as a £12.99 per month paid subscription. This took about 30 seconds to set up. However, I no longer wish to have a subscription and I have just spent 30 minutes trying to find a way to cancel it. The Telegraph provides no option to cancel online but instead, they insist that you have to PHONE them. Could it be that they've built in a level of complexity so that they can profit from it or is it that, as an organ of the Tory Party, they haven't yet moved into the digital era?

I've had an horrendous experience on the consultant plan. I'm a solopreneur and was enjoying the free plan but wanted some privacy so I could use mindmaps with potential partners. Then I ended up with a bill for thousands and no where to get hold of support, I have been burnt. Be warned the pricing plans are not transparent and it isn't clear anywhere which board have access and which dont. Not at all helpful to a consultant in my opinion it's just been a massive headache, I should have stayed on the free plan and simply had a personal and business one not to be shared with anyone ever for risk of massive 10x fees.

Dropbox completely ruined my computer. I only used it breifly 3 years ago, but it has completely taken ahold of my files. Today i tried to delete it , and it took every single file in my computer with it. To make matters worse, to actually speak to a real person you have to upgrade your account... Unbelievable. Disgusting and horribly designed application.

They forced me to pay a 1 year membership. I was previously premium and was no longer interested in the service. They make it impossible to cancel premium from their website, they don't send reminders, and did not accept to reimburse me even when I clearly stated that I was not interested before the premium period begins. Moreover, they do not respect the 14 days customer's protection for contracts stipulated online.

Have tried cancelling payment 3 times now and it keeps coming up on my account every month. Every time I contact them somebody tells me my account has been closed and I won't be billed any more, and every month I keep being billed. The messenger service no longer works (just a wheel of doom) so i tried calling. Sat on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up and coming here to leave a review. I don't know what else to do. Is this my life now? £23.99 a month for something i'll never use?
