If you're a creator/seller, avoid.

If you're a creator, get your products/services off this site ASAP. Like others, account has been banned and nothing from Patreons customer service team.I cannot purchase anything or work with any creators. You should not put all of your eggs in one basket. There are lots of options, you can have membership only videos on YouTube and you can still sell your videos course on YouTube with 3 different tiers. Also, you get paid from YouTube. You should really build your on website and have your own online shop. Building a online shop is easy. Weebly is easy enough to use. You can link your YouTube videos and have your customers play them on your website. Sell on other platforms as well as selling on your own online shop, you can also sell digital products on etsy.It's frustrating as I'm not able to purchase anything on Patreon. If you're a seller on that Patreon and not selling products on other platforms, your going lose out on sales because you are tied to one place.Just take a look at all of the 1 star reviews recently... Do you want to put your customers through that kind of service?

I had a fault with the joystick on my Nintendo Switch Lite

I had a fault with the joystick on my Nintendo switch lite. I completed the repair form and sent my Switch to Nintendo via Parcel Force. When they received my Switch they sent me an email to advise me that they had received it and then sent me another email later that day to say that the repair team have been passed it and an engineer would repair it shortly. I did a live chat a week later to check on any updates and the customer service team were very friendly and helpful. I received my Switch back today fully repaired with all games still on it and didn't need to pay for the repair. From sending it off and receiving it back it took two weeks which given the current climate with Covid-19 I think it was really fast. Can't fault the service I received from Nintendo.

Worst Customer Service and Disrespectful

Been Macy’s customer for year and they have the WORST customer service and very disrespectful. I was charged late fees because I did not receive the statement in mail due to Covid and online banking statement did not work since their system does not work properly. The customer service told me to go to my post office and see what I’m not receiving the statements in email. This is a joke.

Booking is simple and guides professional …

We have used GetYourGuide numerous times on different holidays for guided walks. The guides are always knowledgeable, professional and make the area in question come alive. The app is really easy and booking is flexible. Our most recent guided walks around Pisa and Florence were hugely enjoyable. We came away knowing so much more about the areas than we would have done had we wandered around on our own.
