Prices incorrect. Unable to cancel. Can't contact them

I sent a booking request in for next Summer. I was told that the pricing hadn't been updated and it was three times what it said on the site. I am trying to cancel the request, having paid a deposit and there is no way to cancel as it is telling me there isn't a booking. They are using a chatbot and there seems to be no way to contact them. Avoid them

I will NEVER take a cruise with Royal…

I will NEVER take a cruise with Royal Caribbean. I booked a cruise in March for May with trip protection and found out that the military was going to be put on a 60 day travel ban due to COVID-19. I tried to cancel it only 3 days after booking and they only ended up giving me half my money back even though they ended up canceling that cruise all together for everyone else. They just want to try to take all your money.

We would give 0 stars if that was an…

We would give 0 stars if that was an option. LG has literally the worst customer service in existence. Our 8 year old washer broke and the service contractor was mistaken about the part that needed replacing, so it was not entirely on LG, but then they proceeded to delay responding to calls, and then tried to double the labor cost for replacing the motor under warranty, and the bearing which was not. We will never buy another LG product.

Took £3 tip even though I had declined

They asked if I wanted to add a ‘tip’ to JustGiving and I declined. There was even a further question about why I didn’t wish to give a tip. But then they just took £3 on top of my £20 donation anyway. Really sneaky! Will be chasing the matter up with them but on the evidence of other people who have had a similar experience, I don’t hold out great hope of a refund.

Making it as difficult as possible!

Seems like they want to make it themselfes harder. Not offering packages to neighbours, not coming back for a second try. If you select a package point, they'll deliver 2 days later even if its next to your house. Give you a time frame when they deliver, no option for changing this time frame. Like yoy just have to take a vacation for one package. Order almost weekly and never had to work so hard for my package to come to me. Next to the whole process thats draining and should be coming with some money for the victims (receiving end). They ask me to pay import tax but do it through their own site, while this is a government body thats pretty oke in functioning on its own. But to pay directly at the border security is impossible, it has to go through the worst delivery company in the world... its terrible, a nightmare and whatever you find annoying/distastefull.

The shoes arrived by UPS really quickly. Maybe the box was a little massive for a shoebox , but well packed and the shoes look and feel great. came with extra laces (without the logo) which was a bonus. Would definitely shop with them again.

Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.Having trouble with logging as can't receive SMS anymore (due to technical issues on paypal side) payed $30 for first call and nothing was resolved. Tryed to call once more 4! minutes of waiting on roaming call payed on $30 more and noone answered!Nice service until any supported needed.For comparation apple have FREE customer line from all over the world. If you are making your customers making calls answer immediatly or allow them to write! If there case of losing voice or something like that how customer can get in touch?

Customer Disservice

When I checked in for 26 nights, I asked for a south-facing room (I'm a gold elite member). They didn't have one the first night but said I could switch in the morning. In the morning they said they would switch me when I returned from work. I asked twice at this time if they were sure the room they were switching me to would be the exact same size, and they said yes. Then they accidentally switched me into a room that was half the size of what I booked. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be switched back - explaining that I'd rather have a larger room than sunlight for such a long stay. The parking lot was empty and there were plenty of available rooms, from people who had not yet checked in. The lady at the front desk insisted the rooms were EXACTLY the same. I said, "Okay, if they are exactly the same then give me another one." She continued to gaslight me. She said it would be unfair to give me someone else's bigger room because they paid for it. I explained that it was unfair to me because I had paid for that larger room. She said no and then suddenly canceled my reservation and kicked me out of the hotel while still charging me for the night. I said, "Hold on, I think the city is sold out, I'm not trying to leave here." She said, "I don't care, I just canceled your reservation." She said, "Give me back the key card right now or I will call the police!" As I was loading the car she again said she would call the police if I didn't leave right away. I said, "I'm loading the car so I can leave. What's wrong with you?" It was shocking, extreme, and entirely unnecessary. She continued to make references to her safety even though I was not threatening in any way (I'm also a woman, half her size), which was an extremely disturbing and inappropriate use of gaslighting. For example, the first time she said she was afraid for her safety, I was sitting down and looking at my phone, while on hold with IHG and trying to find another hotel to go to.I contacted IHG's customer service and they told me the hotel manager would reach out to me (as they are required to) within 24 hours, which they did not. The hotel manager has not contacted me and refuses to take my calls. After 24 hours, the outsourced customer service people informed me about what the manager told them, all lies - that they offered me other rooms, a double queen, another king, etc and I refused all of them and after that, they kicked me out. They again told me to contact the manager but the manager won't speak to me. The lady who kicked me out won't tell me what hours the manager works when I call because "she is concerned for her safety."  When I call the outsourced customer service department, they say I need to contact the manager at the hotel. I am stuck in this endless loop where the hotel manager is clearly incentivized to save face and lie. I asked the outsourced customer service team why the franchise doesn't step in to handle this as I've been a customer for over a decade with no problems and, again, clearly the hotel is not incentivized to compensate me or resolve this in any way. They told me they only step in when the room is dirty or something like that- when there is "bad service" and this is not considered "bad service." I reached out to IHG on Instagram. They said they'd look into it but also told me to contact the manager at the hotel. So I'm stuck in an endless loop of gaslighting. I had to book a new hotel that cost $120 more a night. They also charged me for the night after kicking me out. I had to cancel a bunch of deliveries I had coming to the hotel for work. This is terrible hospitality - to render someone without a place to stay in a nearly sold-out city simply because you are having a bad day and a little power trip might cheer you up. The aftermath from IHG rewards services of deliberate obfuscation/ customer disservice is unethical.

Company went from being the best to the worst. Subscription services, charges and assorted billing lies have all contributed to their demise. Cameras overheat, freeze and accessories don't communicate. CEO has driven this company into the ground. Buy any other camera but Gopro and be happy.

Good sessions, but truly terrible customer support. They seem to take your money, then do absolutely nothing: zero help if problems, eg getting locked out. Bad + automated ‘help’: either doesn’t reply or sends pointless standardised rubbish. Dire. Also never update or add to the calm body section in over a year

won't refund a valid return

I have bought 2 t-shirts and sent them back. Just wore them to try on in front of a mirror. The returns team has rejected my return because it smelled of so called 'washing powder'. They won't refund my items. I'm really disappointed by this very subjective and unfair way of evaluating returns. After getting in touch with the customer service and explaining the case they stood by their point. What a crappy way of evaluating returned items!!!

Unhelpful customer service

Never have I experienced such unhelpful customer service from a clothing store. I pointed out that this malarkey of not allowing online returns in stores isn't clearly stated and Carlos' attitude was awful! It's put me off buying from UNIQLO again.Judging by the rest of these reviews, it appears my experience wasn't an isolated one.
