Used to love it..no longer- poor security

Used to love it..no longer. Account suspended every time I try to access my account. Tried all suggestions 1) change password 2) delete app and reinstall 3) enlist with duo authentication—- still suspended— tried steps 1 & 2 many times— rarely do I get a text for duo authentication. Just locks me out.

JUST AS WORTHLESS AS CAN BE

Pinterest back to their old tricks of removing pins they feel offend weak minded individuals. I would strongly suggest anyone thinking about using Pinterest for any reason to forget about using them and seek opportunities elsewhere. they offer nothing of any use to anyone.

Unfriendly web hosting

After hours on the phone with the website host, his widow and me, who the website is about, the account is closed. I can't ever speak to a human being and the virtual assistants are a joke. That the website has disappeared is so sad. Paul, the man who set it up did a great job. So sad he did it with such a loser of a hosting website. Too bad you probably won't even post this.

Wow I don’t know where to begin

Wow I don’t know where to begin. One day after I’ve been using my email for 150 years all of a sudden it crashes and says we don’t recognize your password. So I go out to the website through all the mumbo-jumbo change my password come back to my email and it still doesn’t work. So I was able to find a tech support phone number so I gave them a call and it was the most brutal conversation I’ve had in a long time with any tech-support rep. He would talk and talk and talk about this and that and everything else technically which had no bearing on what we were doing and then the real kicker he says oh well when AOL does an update we disable ALL third-party accounts! So he said the only way to fix it as I have to delete my account! I must’ve asked him 12 times does that mean I’m gonna lose my emails. And I couldn’t get a straight answer. Oh yeah and initially he told me I would have to pay for my tech-support but ultimately that was not the case. So I asked the question that made the most sense to me which is well every time AOL does an upgrade they’re going to blow me out of my email and I got to go through all this again? Guess what answer I got-none. So when I initially called in and asked me if I would like to take a survey at the end of the call. I answered no. But then after this horrific call I wanted to take the survey. I asked the rep and I couldn’t get a straight answer after about several minutes then I just said let me talk to a supervisor. Supervisor says that I can’t help you that’s a third-party application we have nothing to do with it!

Never using door dash again

I ordered from Door dash and after 1&1/2 hours, no dasher was ever assigned. I went to cancel the delivery and they kept my tip to a driver that was never assigned and the taxes/fees. Upon calling customer service, I have been hung up on 3 times trying to get the rest of my money back as they only partially refunded me.

First time I ever visited a Chipotle…and the LAST.

First time I ever visited a Chipotle Grill....in Michigan. I ordered the featured lime steak, bowl with rice and beans and assorted toppings and a small fountain drink. My bill was $35 which was rediculous....even looking at the on line pricing it should have been around $15. I told them that price was rediculous. I didn't want to make a fuss as there were a lot of other people in line....but I told them I would do a review befitting the overcharge for what i got. The beef was cold and overcooked, rice and beans luke warm. The amount of food was ok but for $35 I could have had a very nice sit down meal at many local restauants. Needless to say this was my first and last visit to a Chipotle.Now I see why the average rating in two rating organizations was only 1.5 out of 5. By the way no easy way to price the food you are getting until you get o the register. The location was Shelby, Michigan on 23 Mile Rd.

Great service and support

I contacted Capterra as I was in the dark about what I wanted and needed, having moved into a new space. Berkeley Sassman, my contact, was great in distilling my thoughts into a practical requirement and moved quickly to align me with the base for the contract management software that we needed. I can easily say that they saved us countless hours of research and time loss but listening to our needs and focusing our attention. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service.

Interrupting a stream to play ads.

Nothing like listening to a radio station on TuneIn, hearing a great song then BAM! they interrupt the song for an ad. The commercials when you start up the app are bad enough, but having ads INTERRUPT the stream is the final straw. I've deleted the app from my Android. Shame...TuneIn USED to be a good app.

Abysmal company, how haven't they went bust?

I work in IT so I am security conscious. It looks like SendGrid had some sort of data breach or unauthorised access to their systems.My clients account was hit and had sent 10k emails in a day.I saw other people on Twitter mentioning the same thing so it wasn't our side of things.Once I notified SendGrid explaining the situation, they locked the account out and stated:"Your account is permanently closed by our Compliance team due to a violation of our Terms of Service"Then refused to acknowledge or reply to any further contact! What a way to go to lose customers. Unbelievable.Needless to say their reputation in my circles are less than poor.Would definitely not recommend or ever use again.

I would give zero if I could!!!

I would give zero if I could!!!Very disappointed with Macy’s rewards system and Customer service!Macy’s representative recommend to update my regular Macy’s card to Macy’s American Express so I did and I supposed to receive a promotion that if I will spend over $150 out of Macy’s retail I will receive $20 in rewards. Never did receive any amount!I called three times. On first two they were telling me to wait and I will receive my $20 in rewards. ( I did wait for over 3 weeks)When I called the third time the rep.recommended to spend my $10 that I already have in my account so I will not lose it and continue waiting for my another $20. I asked her to put my $10 in rewards on hold and when I’ll receive $20 to Combined it. She said she can’t do that. So I asked to talk to her supervisor. Waited for 15 minutes on hold. The supervisor right on the spot told me that she can’t do anything about. She’s still telling me that I have to wait. And then she hung up. I would wait but it’s been going for over three weeks. This is not my problem, or my fault. If you promise rewards you must keep your promise, for some reason you are expecting us to pay bills on time but you don’t wanna give something back from your end as you promised. I hope they record my phone call on October 1 around noon and I’m expecting email or call from your company with explanation :Why is your supervisor Behaving this way and just hang up on the customer? Why I have to wait for my money for over three weeks?And why they can’t combined it?

Horrible Service! Ruined my Wife's Birthday!

Whatever you do, do not buy anything from Macy's Online they are an absolute joke. Firstly, they are a drop shipper, secondly even after paying for expedited shipping it took them 4.5 days to bother to cancel my order because they were out of stock. A great Birthday present for my wife! Thank you for nothing Macy's, I hope you go out of business!!!!!!
