Garmin product are overpriced cheap…

Garmin product are overpriced cheap quality. I ordered a vivomove hr. First time the analog time didnt work. I called they investigated ,it turned out defective. I sent watch back and they sent supposedly a new one. I got the second watch same problem and it was getting stuck on caliberation. Garmin dis nothing other than tell me they can send another to see if that will work. Worst service , worse product.

Review of duolingo

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent! My husband suddenly lost access to his plan. We are on a family plan. I emailed duolingo six times. I received the same response every time: that this is an issue that they would get to. It has been six weeks since I sent my first email. They have done nothing! They are terrible!

Review of zoom

Short term thinking

Similar to the experience reported by others. I contacted them within minutes of an annual renewal explaining that the software is no longer in use (which they can verify) so requesting cancellation and a refund for the 12 months billed in advance which we will not be using. They replied by restating their T&Cs and no pathways forward. For Zoom's reference the conversation was BIL1891075 and the service department member was "Norielyn".

Review of hp

Don't start a subscription for ink

Don't start a subscription for ink. I've worked out it would cost me less to buy the cartridges agter 2 years with HP Ink. Phoned up to cancel and was told the cartridges in my printer will stop working if I cancel. What a con!!! I've paid £80+ over 2 years and they say they've sent me 6 cartridges. At only £23 for a tri-colour and b/w, 6 would have cost me only £69 ... and I still have 2 full cartridges. Can anyone tell me how to stop HP having access to my printer please?

Review of sendgrid

BEWARE OF SENDGRID

Sendgrid wants the prospective client to open an account. Once they get your credit card number they start billing whether you ever use their service. I have tried to stop them for over 1 year. Basically no customer support.

Review of primevideo

So I am a long time amazon in general…

So I am a long time amazon in general user. My company uses amazon often for company purchases. I used prime video for some time a while back, like about a year more or less... when I tried it I did not like it as in my region shows come out much later forcing me to watch online anyway therfore shortly canceled. A year later I get an alert from my bank stating I was charged for my prime video subscription which I surprisingly haven't used in a year. I immediately reach out to customer service, customer service states there is no charge and they see I had no activity. I stated to customer service I'm logged into my account I see the statement under billing you guys posted showing you charged me. The rep stated no its not showing on my end call your bank. Call ended. This was yesterday they have since blocked my number from customer service, blocked me from chat, blocked me from email. I was robbed by amazon??? Now today I get an email saying be careful clicking on subscribe? So this was on my personal account. For a 6 dollar charge I have instructed my entire company not to use Amazon in general for my company business. I now have no way of communicating with amazon at all and on top of it I have a subscription to something I never subscribed or clicked on or visited the page. I recommend delete and remove your cards from all of their products amazon in general!!! Don't be robbed

Review of lastpass

Non Existent Support - Stay Away From This Poor Company

The product itself hasn't been too bad. However I have not used it past the 30 day trial. The reason for this is that I wasn't able to buy a license. After contacting LastPass support multiple times they seem to be incapable of actually reading what my problem is on the support case. They have responded to my support ticket with answers which can not be the case as I have not been able to input my billing address or card details. Even the support person I spoke to was unable to update my billing address details.Since then I have been told multiple times that the problem is due to my card being declined (despite the fact I cannot actually enter my card details) and have also been told that their payment provider has flagged me for being a sanctioned person or in a country on a sanctions list. This companies support is absolutely terrible and after seeing the other reviews of poor support here I am going to give up and try another application.

Amazon.es ‘lost’ my package

Amazon.es delivery ‘lost’ my package - do not use the Amazon 3rd party delivery service. If your package is obviously from a clothing vendor (I.e. ASOS) they will steal your package. Have fun with a bunch of maternity clothes delivery guy!

Review of com

Another year and another price increase…

Another year and another price increase to prepaid plans from this telco monopoly company. And i say monopoly as if you work remotely or live remotely in Australia, you have no choice but to go with Telstra as they are the only ones with coverage.... Another company to hike prices during an already taxing cost of living crisis. I'm sick of it all. Mortgage providers, the coles Woolworths duopoly, furl conpanies, internet, electricity. All want us to be slaves working each week to hand over our entire salary.....
